Home to the Federation and Starfleet, the bureaucratic centre continues on despite several losses, departures of member worlds, a shrunken fleet. The Federation is not what it once was. A new direction is proposed and adopted but it not universally popular.

President Stiave Atremi led the civilians while updating Starfleet’s Charter to return the ways of exploration, expansion and cooperation. She made mistakes, but in the end, Starfleet Command was balanced for the future, to the future we look forward.

Admiral Bell threw her arms around the Ensign, "You don't have to be scared anymore, you don't have to be guilty anymore, you are not responsible for what that madman did to you.", she said to her quietly and for a moment longer, releasing her from the embrace. "It's going to take time, its going to be a toll... I will be right here, and I am not going anywhere."
