(Yes, I am that old). So if my posts to not follow established medical protocol, dogma, or even common sense, pray excuse me. Mike turned back towards the Doctor. "Things are in motion doctor." He said. "Thank you" Kimiko replied. The doctor gave the one one last swipe to clear away the blood and confirm the patient was ready for transport. She stood up and made way for the other officers to get the litter beneath Matrix. Kimiko followed the litterbearers to the dining room and noticed that the table was clear and Lopez was waiting for them. When Matrix was lowered to the table, she dug in quite literally. "Lopez, I need a bag of saline and a size four needle" Kimiko stated "We need to restore some of his volume and I doubt that the basic replicator can help with complex biomass" The doctor started to debride the injury, she looked at Lopez "After the IV is started, would you please address the burn at the small of the back, Please" (Reply Lopez) She looked up and saw a Ixianian that she vaguely recognized "Ensign...O'Neill, is it?" (Reply O'Neill) "Would you please sanitize your hand and arms up to your elbows and replicate five Jacobson stents of each size E though..." Kimiko looked at the injury "...R" (Reply O'Neill) "Thank you" The doctor replied, almost as a afterthought "There will only be a selection of four different sizes total." The Doctor looked down at the tricorder to check the patients vitals, they were still within acceptable ranges Kimiko accepted the stents and began her work in earnest. (Reply Lopez, O'Neill, any) (Posted by Jack) --------------------------------------------------------------------- (Irlix, Khoda City, Second District, The Villa, Ensign sg Sanok, Day 7, 1810) Rosenbauer barked out orders. "Jackson, I need the dining room table cleared, if it isn't already. Quickly. Sanok, bring a heavy sheet or blanket. We need to make a field litter. Rabhartaigh and O'Neill, I'll need you to help move Lieutenant Matrix. Lopez, you're needed in here to assist Doctor Ichijo." Everyone sprang into motion, perhaps not knowing exactly or what had happened. All that mattered was, that someone was in need of help, and the members of the team did what they could to provide that help. Seeing a large blanket folded over the back of a couch, Sanok grabbed it and hurried into the room where he was needed. Seeing Matrix down, Sanok wondered why the man chose to hide his injuries. No matter. What was done, was done. After the field litter was constructed and they had gotten Matrix safely onto it, Sanok did his part to lift Matrix onto the table that had been cleared off. Standing out of the way, but nearby if he was needed again, Sanok patiently watched the doctors work to save Matrix. (reply any) (posted by Bob) ===================================================================== (USS Rosenante- Bridge - CO, Captain Ahmed Ibn Salid, Day 8 - 1115) "Captain, we're picking up a faint message from the planet, sir. It's entangled with an Irlixian entertainment program, but definitely Starfleet in origin." Nunez reported as Ahmed's head snapped immediately up from the PADD he was holding in his right hand. He had been looking at ships lost in the Beta quadrant over the course of the last fifty years, especially those that had never been found. "Let's hear it." He ordered, knowing that the signal would be audio only. There was a crackle of static and the sounds of an Irlixian female singing could be heard, but beneath it, just barely audible was a voice with which he was very familiar. That belonging to his first officer. "Can you isolate that carrier wave and boost the gain?" Ahmed asked, bounding out of his seat in restless anticipation. "Mister Yalix, track that signal back to it's source, or rather Sullivan's signal." "Yes sir." The Efrosian responded as he worked on isolating the channel used by the away team. The crackling minimized and the voice of the singer decreased until it was an echo of it's prior volume. Sullivan could be heard, but not as clearly as he would have preferred. "That's the best I'm going to get Captain." Nunez replied, "There's a lot of interference from the local signal they are using to mask their call." The captain nodded.. =^=Sir can you hear me?=^= the voice of his first officer repeated yet again. Ahmed nodded to transmit, knowing that doing so could potentially reveal their position. "We are barely receiving you, Lieutenant." =^=We are barely receiving you as well. We had an urgent need to contact you, sir, I'll try and be brief.=^= T'Larah said. "Go ahead." =^=Upon examining the situation on the planet I don't believe that a rescue operation such as this has the best chance of succeeding.=^= she said. "I understand, are you suggesting we abandon the mission?" He asked. =^=Far from it, I don't suggest we abandon them at all. We have obtained information of the scheduled place and time of one of the national leaders' public appearance. It was suggested that we confront him in front of his gathered masses because the media coverage would advertise that their government had been unlawfully holding sentients against their will. Among other things.=^= T'Larah explained. Ahmed thought about it, but gave Nunez the signal to mute the transmission. "Are they unsecured?" he asked her. "Yes captain, it's possible that the Irlixians are able to monitor this communication." the prior Marine Communications specialist replied. ~You clever Vulcan.~ Ahmed thought to himself. ~You're counting on them intercepting this communication, aren't you T'Larah?~ "Understood Lieutenant. However, our orders have changed. We have been ordered to leave Irlixian space immediately and allow the Starfleet Diplomatic Corps to establish contact and negotiate for the release of the hostages." (reply Sullivan) "No arguments on this matter lieutenant, you and your team have failed to achieve your objectives and command believes that the risk outweighs the benefits at this time. You and your away team will beam back up to the ship in 14 minutes. When you return , you'll need to file a R46-A report immediately to command. " =^=Understood, sir. Do you want us to bring our civilian consultant with us?=^= "Affirmative, we'll send her along to the DC corps to study prior to the re-initiation of contact. Rosenante Out." He nodded to Nunez who closed the channel. While Irlixian forces would be struggling to locate the away team and the Rosenante, thinking that they would only have 14 minutes to find them, the away team could make careful preparations for beam up to the ship at 1400 hours. It was a gamble, but Ahmed had to bet that Sullivan understood his reference to the Regulations concerning uncoded messages, and that she further understood exactly what he meant. At the same time he had to assume that the Irlixians wouldn't understand the reference at all. It was a bid for time as well as a change in direction. It was time to start working on a different approach to the problem. One that would have a questionable chance of success, but would have a higher pay-off if the gambit was successful. He turned back to Nunez. "Mister Nunez, I want you and Lieutenant Yalix working on devising a means by which we can hijack every single communications channel on that planet. I want to be able to address the entire planet, or as much of it as possible before the Leader of the Rhone Union is ready to have his speech." "I also want names for all the leaders of the other governments on that planet, as well as their locations. Recruit anyone you need to handle that aspect of things." Nunez looked up at the captain with a questioning look on her face. "Aye sir. But if I may ask, what's the plan?" "Have you ever heard of a media blitz, Ensign?" He replied. "Isn't that some sort of Terran Dessert, Captain?" The Efrosian asked clearly confused. "That's a blintz, Lieutenant. Look it up in the ship's data base when you get a moment. I'm sure you'll understand it soon enough." The Efrosian nodded, "Aye Captain." he replied. Ahmed smiled and then turned to look at Xim. "Mister Xim, you have the bridge. It seems I have a speech to write." The Betelgeusean nodded and replied, "Aye, Captain, that you do." (reply Sullivan iyw, but not necessary.) Daniel Greene --------------------------------------------------------------------- (USS Rosenante- Sickbay - aCMO- Ens Kimiko - Day 8 - 1415) Kimiko, saw that a psudo-ixian had entered, she turned to Sam and stated. "I think the anti-inflammatories have kicked in, so I am going to go ahead and fasten up Lieutenant Matrix up, as well as remove the pigmentation and prosthesis" She glanced meaningfully at the oncoming crewmember "If you can finish here, I will be back as soon as I can" (Reply Lopez) The doctor headed over the the prone officer and examined the wound though the sterilizing field. There was good skin tone around the injury and lack of infection testified to Matrix's immune system. Kimiko checked to the if the stents had fully grafted the vessels and applied the degradable stays to each successive level, after sealing the skin, she checked the burns to ensure that they were healing nicely. ~Good, no graft necessary~ The doctor thought ~Although I wonder how the graft and pigmentation would work together~ She got a image of the Lieutenant reaction to a permanent blue patch on his back ~undoubtedly a good thing a planetside graft was not needed Kimiko slathered a air-permeable protective casting over the site and prepared a hypo for the pigmentation change (Reply Lopez) (Posted by Jack) --------------------------------------------------------------------- (USS Rosenante- Sickbay - aCMO- Ens Kimiko - Day 8 - 1503 ) Because of the time constraints Kimiko was working alongside Sam to restore the away party to their normal features. She glanced over to the corner where Matrix was getting prepped for a final procedure and, barring any complications, he should be at least vertical for the meeting. The final vestige of the disguise was removed from Remey "Thank you doctors." He nodded at Ichijo and Lopez. "It feels good to be myself again." "Your welcome, its good to finally recognize shipmates, without thinking about it" The doctor replied He let out an explosive breath as he pressed his feet to the deck and popped off the table. (Reply none) (Posted by Jack) --------------------------------------------------------------------- (USS Rosenante - Sickbay - ACEO Ensign Eian O'Neill - Day 8 - 1508) Eian looked in the mirror and saw his own face staring back at him, and smiled. He hadn't looked like an Irlixian for very long but it still felt good to be back in his own skin. He tapped his finger subconsciously on the side of the bed as he tried to remember what the other thing was that he needed from here...~Oh yeah, stimulant medication.~ He inwardly smiled. That happened far too often. "Doctor, before I go, if you look in my medical file you'll see there's a note about daily stimulant hyposprays. I need them to control my AD/HD, and I haven't had one in..." he counted the hours as he looked to the ceiling for the answer, and then shook his head. "Too long. Since yesterday morning. And there's no way I'll be able to prepare for that debriefing meeting without it." He was feeling extremely wound up since the danger had passed and he was no longer stimulated by the situation on Irlix. He felt like he should be running a few miles, not compiling notes for his first briefing as a Starfleet Officer. (reply Ichijo or Lopez) "Thanks. In the Academy, I just came to Sickbay once a month to get a supply, and I kept the hyposprays in my quarters so I could administer it myself. Will that be alright to do that?" (reply Ichijo or Lopez) (posted by Morgan G) --------------------------------------------------------------------- (USS Rosenante- Smith’s Quarters -ACOPS, Ensign Smith, Day 8 - 1515) =^=Attention all hands this is your captain speaking. The following personnel are to report for a senior staff briefing at promptly 1600 hours in the observation lounge: Jackson, Lopez, Ichijo, Sullivan, Matrix, Rabhartaigh, O'Neill, Sanok, Smith, Remey and Rosenbauer. Captain out.=^= Robert groaned to him self as he rolled off the bed. He stood up and wandered over to the bathroom and looked him self in the mirror. He looked long at his face in the mirror. He was glad to have his original face staring back at him but it had taken lot out of his going on this away mission. “Maybe I should just stay on board.” A tired smiled passed across his face. “What and miss all the fun, never.” With that he got him self ready of the briefing. --------------------------------------------------------------------- (USS Rosenante, Personal Quarters, Ensign sg Sanok, Day 8, 1517) After returning to the ship and being restored to his natural appearance, Sanok thanked the medical staff, excused himself, and went directly to his quarters. There was less than an hour before a staff debriefing, so he would need to hurry to have a report finished in time. There had been several mistakes made by various members of the team, and Sanok felt the amount of combat in which they had been involved, could have been avoided. Though several members of the team had been wounded, it had defied the odds that no one had been killed. With the chaos they had caused, Sanok wondered if they had really accomplished anything. They still didn't *know* with 100% certainty where the crew of the Bohrs were, or how many of them were truly still alive. Ios had told them about the secret complex in a mountain, and it was logical to assume the Bohrs and the crew were there, but they still didn't truly know. They also knew nothing about the first ship that had started the problem in the first place. Well, the situation was what it was. All Sanok could do now, was submit his report, and wait for what the debriefing would hold. (USS Rosenante, Observation Lounge, Ensign sg Sanok, Day 8, 1556) Sanok arrived for the debriefing, padd in hand, at the same time as Doctor Lopez. Nodding and letting him enter the lounge first, Sanok took an empty seat and waited silently for the meeting to begin. (reply any) (posted by Bob) --------------------------------------------------------------------- (USS Rosenante - Observation Lounge - ACEO Ensign Eian O'Neill - Day 8 - 1558) Eian entered with his PADD in hand, prepared for the meeting. He had attended plenty of meetings in the Academy for academic work and for extracurricular activities. He had led briefings, prepared technical reports for briefings, and presented in front of Admirals before. But this was still his first meeting as a Starfleet Officer, and he was slightly nervous. He took a seat between Sam Lopez and Rabhartaigh, unsure if he was supposed to sit in a particular place or if officers on the Rosenante mixed it up. He took a deep breath, and thought, ~Just remember not to speak out of turn, no doodling, and try to focus on what each person says. Don't tune anyone out!~ He had always had trouble, even with the stimulant, with settings where he had to wait his turn to speak. Maybe it was the anticipation of saying his part, or maybe it was just hard to pay attention to others when one was thinking about their own report. ~You can do this!~ Eian reminded himself. ~It's just one little briefing.~ With that, he forced himself to stop thinking about how anxious he was about the briefing and actually concentrate on the people around him. (reply any) (posted by Morgan G) --------------------------------------------------------------------- (USS Rosenante - Observation Lounge - ACEO Lieutenant Steven Matrix - Day 8 - 1559) Matrix entered the observation lounge sore, tired, but alive and glad to be back aboard ship. He noted various shipmates already present, including doctor Ichijo. He adjusted the sling on his left shoulder and made his way to an open seat near the back of the room. As Matrix sat down he received a few pats on the back and welcome back comments. It was good to be back aboard ship. As he waited for the meeting to get underway he reflected on the mission and what they did and did not accomplish. He felt a mix of disappointment and a sense of accomplishment with what had happened back on the planet. The rescue was largely a success, but he had killed a man during the mission. All part of serving in the fleet. He had come away with another substantial injury, but he would heal and he was more the wiser for the experience. The observation lounge was almost filled to capacity by now so Matrix again adjusted his arm sling and pulled out a PADD with his right hand that was tucked inside his sling. He reviewed the ships announcements and engineering status and a few notes from friends while he waited. (Reply none) (Posted by Steve) --------------------------------------------------------------------- (USS Rosenante, Observation Lounge, Ensign Machaire Rabhartaigh, Day 8, 1600) Spinning the holocube without an actual goal and getting quick flashes of its recordings was a past time practice that felt pleasurable and then re-acquiring the images via the dimensional co-ordinate system embedded in the system brought pleasure to Machaire. It was mental practise which all children of CCF used for memory training. It also seemed to keep ones mind sharp and able to keep details fresh in memory. Memory being the one thing that humans misused constantly, yet relied upon it for critical tasks. The automatic imaging function had gathered quite a nice set of images from the time on the planet. Most were blurred and useless but few were crisp and clear enough to warrant saving them on the dimensional grid. It took few spins and twists to locate the proper position on the timeline and couple of rotations to lock them in place. Machaire restarted the system and sought the new images couple of time to add the new locations to his memory also and then put the cube away. The view was pleasant enough from the view port but it held little emotional attachment to him, stars were nice to look at but even the familiar constellations did not invoke anything. ~ How many died out there today? Billion, trillions, one? Does it even matter in the end? ~ Machaire dug a book from the bag. For some reason he had decided to carry his personal items on his person. He flitted through the book and located where he had managed to read to. ~ The duty of a citizen is to be obedient to the law. To even consider disobedience is a crime. It should be considered a higher crime as it is not only an attempt to pervert the law but also the government. Such crimes are undermining our societal order and should be weeded out as soon as possible. To combat such acts one needs to employ a variety of tools ranging from simple sensors to child.. ~ He looked up at the door and slid the book back to the bag. (Reply any) (Posted by Kateb Nadel) --------------------------------------------------------------------- (USS Rosenante- Observation Lounge - CO, Captain Ahmed Ibn Salid, Day 8 - 1601) Ahmed strode into the Observation lounge as if he were in charge, which incidentally he happened to be. His stride was long and unhurried and he was as confident as he could be in the next stage of the mission. As an engineer making plans of operations was second nature to him. As a Captain, he understood the need to take risks and as a veteran of the Civil war, he understood the need for diplomacy wherever possible. But he also understood the concepts of saber rattling, and right now, he had a very powerful saber to rattle. He noticed with some interest that all the officers that he had ordered to the briefing had arrived except Sullivan. While he was unaware of any particular series of tasks that she was performing, he was certain that she had a very good reason for being absent. He'd have to discuss the situation with her later. Ios, the civilian consultant sat at the bale, accompanied by Rosenbauer. Her eyes were bright and she was obviously excited about being here. Ahmed figured that she had risked as much, if not more than the other members of the away team, and as such had as much right to be here as they did. The captain by-passed the few officers that were standing and moved to his seat at the head of the conference table. Of the officers there, two were completely new to him, and he didn't have access to their files at present, not since they had cut their ties to the Federation data relays to Memory Alpha. He'd have to rely on the fact that they were Starfleet officers and that they would get the job done. Once the last of them had taken their seats, Ahmed began their briefing. "Okay, I've been looking over the quick reports that have been submitted by this team concerning your experiences on the planet. I have an impression of the society that we are dealing with, based on those reports as well as the findings from the social science team that have been collecting data on the Irlixians during your absence." "A plan was suggested that I am inclined to try. The basic premise is that we confront the leader of the Irlixian union directly in front of his people, and make our demands known. I've been considering our level of interaction with the Irlixians and have determined that we are more likely to get what we want through a more subtle approach than direct confrontation." "To those ends, I have had our team determine the location and whereabouts of the entire Irlixian leadership of the four political powers on the planet." "It is my intention to hijack the entirety of the planets communication networks so that our address to the population of the planet can not be interrupted by any government powers. During the Supreme Commander's speech, we will beam a team into the facility to act as a back-up in case something goes terribly wrong." "Jackson, Rabhartaigh, and Remey, will be on that team, which I will personally command." "While we are conducting our portion of the mission, which will be to address the assembled media at the Supreme Commander's press conference, and basically initiating official contact between the UFP and the Irlixians, a second and third team will be standing by to conduct their portion of the mission." "Matrix, Sanok, Nunez and Smith will be using the event as cover to infiltrate the Supreme Commander's personal office in the capital building to locate the exact coordinates of the Hostages. They will then find a way to disable the shields defending that facility if that turns out to be the location, so that the rescue team can begin to move to recover our officers. Once they have found the information we need the third team will swing into immediate action. Lieutenant Matrix will have command of this team." "Lopez, Ichijo, Rosenbauer, and O'Neill are our rescue team, under Mister Rosenbauer's command. Their job will be to recover our officers. Once they are on their way, Matrix's team will beam into the facility and attempt to ascertain the condition of the Bohrs. They will prepare it for take off. They will make preparations to destroy the ship if it can not be reasonably recovered. They will also locate the Medea and make arrangements to destroy that vessel as well. They will not initiate either of those actions without my or Commander Sullivan's express orders." "Rosenbauer's team will recover the hostages and lead them to the Bohrs. If this is impossible they will be returned to the ship by transporter. Once the crew is recovered, they will be folded into the recue team, so everyone on that team will be carrying extra equipment." "I fully expect that once the Rosenante decloaks that the Irlixian military are going to make a run towards us. At their best speed in system, we'll have a little under thirty minutes. Commander Sullivan and Lieutenant Raschen will remain on the Rosenante to conduct any military actions necessary to protect this ship and to render support for the rest of the mission." "I also suspect that the Irlixians did not develop the level of technology that they have from a crash. It is my opinion that there is a cosmetically disguised member of the Rhone Union Government that is actually a Starfleet officer, responsible for violating the Prime Directive. Mister Remey will be responsible for confirming that suspicion. If that indeed does turn out to be the case, we will be taking them into custody." Ahmed then turned his eyes towards Ios. "Ios' job is going to be the most difficult. " he continued, "We will be making our presence officially known to all the inhabitants of this world and we will be making a statement that we will only consider formal diplomatic ties with this world when a planetary government is established. To that affect, we will also be announcing that we will be dealing directly with Ios and only Ios as the recognized ambassador to the Federation. At her request, we will be giving her the opportunity to establish a fair and just government, who will be able to join the interstellar community. We're going to give her the chance, what she does with it, will be up to her. There will be further exchange of technology with the Irlixians and we will be recovering or destroying the two ships that started this whole mess in the first place." The captain looked around the table, meeting the eyes of each of his officers in turn. "I fully expect comments on this plan of action as I've laid out. Each will be considered. Final adjustments will be made prior to mission launch which will be scheduled tonight at 2015 hours. Who would like to begin?" (reply All) Daniel Greene --------------------------------------------------------------------- (Seliya facility, Holding cell, ATAC/SEC Lt. jg Ben Soma, 1811*) Ben awoke with a pounding headache, his vision blurred. He looked around and couldn't recognise where he was, he waited till his vision cleared and looked around again. The last thing he remembered was being in the shuttle when the proximity alarm sounded, he had just begun to run a sensor sweep when the shuttle shock and his head contacted the console. Now he realized he was in some kind of holding cell and the only thought that ran through his head was not again. The last time this happened he wound up in a coma with damaged DNA, he wondered what was going to happen to him this time. He stood up and found he was a little unsteady so he staggered to the wall for support. Finding the entrance he looked around and saw several more holding cells which were currently empty but looked like they also held captives. Nothing indicated who was holding him captive, he didn't recognise any of the markings on the walls and there was no one around he could speak with. He leaned against the wall and took several deep breaths to help clear his head, he felt tired hungry and thirsty. He was confused and angry, he wanted answers. "Anyone out there." He called not expecting an answer. He looked both ways down the corridor inorder to see who was responsible for his abduction this time, no one came. ~Great, I get a little free time to myself and this happens again~ If yelling didn't get any results maybe he had to be a little more aggressive, moving back to his bunk he started to pull at it. It was firmly secured to the wall, he leaned all his weight on it testing to see if it would give under the pressure. At first nothing happened so he stood back raised his foot and slammed it down on the corner, after several blows the bunk finally started to shake free. Several more kicks and it broke free from the wall at one end, he grabbed the free end and began moving it back and forth untill it finaly it go and hit the floor with a bang. Grabbing the bunk on both sides he picked it up and threw it inot the force field protecting the entrance, it flared in protest to the assult but held. He picked it up and threw it again, sooner or later someone was going to notice and come to investigate. (reply any) (posted by Milo Young)  --------------------------------------------------------------------- (Seliya facility, Holding Block, Guard, Lieutenant Fornix, 1812*) Fornix could hear the irregular buzzing of the force field securing one of the alien holding cells, but was not inclined at first to respond to the noise and commotion. He figured that soon enough the Terran would stop slamming themselves against the field, after all the shield would cause them pain each time they hit it. However, the noise continued for long enough and frequently enough that finally, he realized that he had to stop watching his program and go check on the prisoner. With a sigh, he rose from his seat, picked his phased pistol from the desktop and tucked it into his holster. He shook his head, thinking about the fact that he was going to miss the pop star Lusaka, performing her latest number one hit in the time it would take him to see to the prisoner. The corridor, although long and mostly empty, since they didn't keep the alien prisoners close together or mix them with any other prisoners, was quickly traversed. Fornix was in a hurry to get back to his program and so had assumed a brisk pace by which he would reach the cell quickly. He fully expected to see the prisoner repeatedly hurling their body against the cell's retention barrier, and so was quite surprised when by what he actually saw. The human prisoner had somehow wrenched the bunk from the wall of his cell and was using it to slam into the field. Fornix stopped, his eyes wide with surprise. He hadn't realized that the humans were so strong or resourceful, but he now had a better understanding of what these aliens were capable of. He reached down and grabbed his handheld radio and keyed the microphone. "Fornix, 22-J. Prisoner in cell 18-A has destroyed his bunk and is using it to batter the barrier. I need immediate back up." he called. =/= understood. Back up is on the way.=/= came the response from dispatch. He wasn't certain if the alien had seen or heard him, with all the noise he was causing, so Fornix decided to make his presence known. "You, Human!" he yelled allowing the universal translation device in his radio to translate the spoken Irlixian into Federation standard before continuing. "Stop what you're doing at once before you damage yourself!" (reply Soma) Daniel Greene --------------------------------------------------------------------- (Seliya facility, Holding Block, ATAC/SEC Lt. jg Ben Soma, 1814) Ben noticed that a guard had finally arrived to check on him, he spoke into a radio and he assumed the guard was calling for back up. He'd have to act quickly before they arrived. Ben needed to goad the guard into opening the cell and entering so he could take him out and attempt to escape if possible, there may be others here who could help him with that objective. The guard then decided to talk him out of his tyrant. "You, Human!" he yelled  "Stop what you're doing at once before you damage yourself!" Ben allowed himself to laugh as he hurled the bunk into the force field again. "Why don't you make me stop." Ben responded as he picked the bunk up and prepared to throw it again. Ben knew the guard would have to drop the forcefield and enter in order to physicaly stop him, he had no intention of stopping otherwise. He would eventualy tire from the physical strain but for now he could manage to keep it up. He noticed the expression on the guards face when he figured out what was happening so he probaly wasn't in any hurry to enter the cell despite the fact he was armed. "What gives you the right to lock me up anyway?" Ben inquired. "Who are you and what do you want from me?" He hurled the bunk into the forcefield again and watched it flare, this time it didn't seem as bright. Maybe if he continued long enough the forcefield would fail from the constant assult and he'd be able to make a break for it. The guard didn't make any moves towards the cells entrance, time was ticking and the back up was comming. "You know I could keep this up for hours." Ben goaded the guard.
