She managed to miss by millimeters as the cookie ended up in his possession.   “Keep that up Mr. BJ and I shall be out of a job. Hired and fired on the same day would look terrible on my record,” said the charming pale-green ensign.   BJ laughed out loud. “I don’t think you’ll have to worry about that,” he replied and then glanced over at Mei Ling and tossed her a wink. Looking back at Jynea he added, “We on the good ship Mithrandir tend to be a pretty glum lot. It’s my sad duty to report that we will most likely require all of the moral boosting you can provide.”   Telleenal giggled and snatched the cookie from Tommy’s paw as he was looking at Jynea. “See? You’ve gotta be extra-quick to swipe a cookie from Tommy!” She stated triumphantly while waving the cookie above her head.   (Reply any in Hard2Port) (Posted by Mike Barrett) (USS Mithrandir – Hard2Port – Ensign Jynea Kreung – 1447)   BJ laughed out loud. Jynea grinned back to the little girl, “You should probably dispose of it before he can get it back,”   (Reply Telleenal)   “Where did you come from before the Mith Ensign Korn? "Hope those security personnel weren't based on the holo-marine matrix."  he suddenly heard the new morale officer speak out. He had noticed the undertone and he shifted his position to look at her. "They were based on the emergency medical hologram matrix," he responded, "which was also the base for the holo-marines. But Star Fleet Research has assured me that lessons have been learned. They have told me that the problems encountered were due to a too large amount of allowable degrees of freedom. That, plus what they described as amateurishly meddling from other sources. So they have placed restrictions on the auto-development modules and have given clear and concise instructions on allowable adaptations, none to be allowed on the core matrix." He looked at the moral officer. "By the way, Mister Kreung, have you already developed your 'space-legs'? Looks like we have a perfect first-outing here for anyone who are new to space-exploration. Small ship, small crew, no weapons, evac-suits. It is amazing how many seemingly rugged Star fleet crew suddenly develop a phobia of one sort or another. I grant you, most are due to the restrictions of the suit but I doubt there isn't anyone in our service who have not experienced a slight case of claustrophobia at one point or another when wearing those suits. Mind you, it is unlikely that there would be much need for a morale officer aboard that vessel, the occupants presumably being dead." (reply by Jynea, any) (Posted by Adrie Geuken) (USS Mithrandir - Bridge - Ensign Jynea Kreung - 18:29) Jynea looked at the Captain as he explained the basis of the holo-security officers. She thought it could be summed up as 'we give them life, we take their freedom and we make them serve us.' But really, was it just making sure they didn't develop life? Wouldn't Starfleet be better served if they were in a working partnership with their ships' massive computer brains? Before she could continue the philosophical debate, the Captain met her eyes. "Last time I was on EVA was to counsel a suicidal marine to not blow up the repair platform. Mysterious dead bodies and talking shipmates through claustrophobic attacks seem much more within my realm of abilities." Well, the marine *hadn't* blown up the repair platform, if only because she'd convinced him that wouldn't it be better to go back inside and personally blow up the Admiral who had gotten half his squad killed? Fortunately for her 'esoteric counselling techniques' he'd been arrested as soon as they'd gone through the airlock. The admiral in question had not been real enthused. Too bad for him she'd been on R&R and there was nothing he could come up with before she'd been back heading towards the Spectre. (Reply Stakes, any on bridge) (Posted by Lorna) (USS Mithrandir, Transporter Room, a2O/OPS BJ Stone, 1829)   BJ entered the Transporter room and saw the team assembled.  "Hi all," he said as he made his way to the locker for a suit.  "So here's the mission status.  This is a quick look around - we want to grab the logs, identify what happened to the ship and crew if possible, post a locator beacon on it as a navigation/salvage aid, and then return to the Mith.  Captain Stakes has put an emphasis on a "quick search of the ship" but we want to be thorough too.  The ship is registering very low power readings - there might be problems with life support on the yacht - at the very least it should be mighty cold," he said the last with a fleeting smile that reached only his lips.  "Any questions?"   (Reply any in Transport room iyw) (Posted by Mike Barrett) (USS Mithrandir, Transporter Room, aCEO Elith Rejal, 1830) Elith noted the new arrivals as they came in, Ensign Korn whom Elith remembered from his brief visit to Engineering, a female medical officer who Elith wasn't acquainted with (Ari was probably busy with something else), Lieutenant Sanok, and finally Lieutenant Stone. He was too busy talking to the transporter chief to properly greet them, but he gave them a nod as they came in. Elith himself had essentially finished his conversation with the chief (which he wasn't expecting to be as engrossing as it was), and quietly waited for Stone to arrive. As soon as Stone entered, he said to the group, "Hi all. So here's the mission status. This is a quick look around - we want to grab the logs, identify what happened to the ship and crew if possible, post a locator beacon on it as a navigation/salvage aid, and then return to the Mith. The ship is registering very low power readings - there might be problems with life support on the yacht - at the very least it should be mighty cold. Any questions?" Elith had none, and walked over to the nearby locker to get his own suit. He kept an ear on the others to hear what they were discussing, and if he had anything to add to their conversation. (Reply Away Team ifw) Soon enough, everyone was ready and were transported to the yacht. ~This should be good.~ Elith thought as the transportation began. (USS Mithrandir-Transporter Room-ACSO John Korn-1831) As John was standing a new arrival has arrived. It was a male muscular Vulcan somewhere between the height of 6'3 and 6'4. "Mister Korn." The Vulcan male said and John nodded. The next things the Vulcan did was putting his gear on the console and getting an EVAC suit he also said to get the EVAC suit for others so John did that. He went to the locker and gotten the EVAC suit and the helmet. The next thing he knew BJ has already entered the room and started the briefing. The ship is registering very low power readings - there might be problems with life support on the yacht - at the very least it should be mighty cold, any questions?" John thought for a moment. "None from me." He said as he waited for others to respond. (reply away team iyw) Not long before he knew he was on the transporter pad and beamed aboard the yacht. (USS Mithrandir, Transporter Room, a2O/OPS BJ Stone, 1835)    With the Away Team on the transporter platform BJ looked at the tech manning the console and said "Energize, please."   (Private Yacht SS Brightly Follows, Observation Room - Deck 1 (1836)   The Away Team beamed aboard the yacht and BJ took notice of his surroundings with interest.  The room was dimly lit but even so, he could tell that the furnishings and trappings of the room spoke of expensive taste.  The entire port side of the room was one long observation window.  Outside were the soft twinkling of stars and the Mith, seeming to hang like a jewel in the inky velvet of space.  BJ stopped and stared as his eyes moved to a loveseat that faced the large viewport and the rigid body that was seated in it.  The Gorde'an was still holding a delicate long stemmed crystal glass in his right hand as his sightless eyes peered out through the window.   Pointing to the Gorde'an BJ said in a quiet voice, "Doctor, can you have a look please?"   (Reply any) (Mike Barrett) (Private Yacht SS Brightly Follows, Observation Room, aCEO Elith Rejal, 1837) As he materialized, Elith immediately took stock of his surroundings. The room was dimly lit, with only some small lights and the light of the stars to provide illumination. The room was also rather extravagantly furnished, the precious metals and gemstones decorating the furniture shined and sparkled in what little light there was. But what first caught his attention was the deceased Gorde'an male in front of them. Elith couldn't tell what had caused his untimely demise in this light, he'd leave that to the as-yet nameless medical ensign, but from the crystal glass in his hand with a small amount of what appeared to be wine in it, he guessed that this man died of poison. Stone directed the ensign over to the body, and Elith spoke up after him. "The bridge is right next to this room, I'll head over there and check the ship's systems to see if we can access the logs or not." (Reply Away Team ifw, rfm) Afterward, he began walking to the door that would lead him into the bridge, taking in his surroundings as he did so. ~With our luck, there are probably quite a few surprises waiting for us on this ship. First time in a while I've been using my military training.~ He thought as he put his right hand on the phaser's handle. (Reply Away Team, any) (Posted by Matt Kirk) (Private Yacht SS Brightly Follows-Observation Room-ACSO-1838) He opened his eyes and was in the observation room with others. The room was dimly lighted with a few small lights and stars from the outside. The room was looking expensive so too say. It had all the gems and other things in the furnitures were sparkling and the furniture itself wasn't cheap. But the most who got his attention was a dead body. He guessed it was Gorde'an. BJ pointed at the body and asked the ensign to take a look. Right after him Elith spoke. "The bridge is right next to this room, I'll head over there and check the ship's systems to see if we can access the logs or not." "I hope you won't mind company? I don't think it's smart to split up since we don't know what happened here. So I hope it's alright if I'll come with you lieutenant?" John spoke to the Cardassian. (reply any) (Posted by Edgar Alik) (Private Yacht SS Brightly Follows - Observation Room - ACMO Serranta - 1837) A feeling of nausea and mild claustrophobia hit Kyah when she materialised on the Yacht. The former more than likely caused by the odd sensation of being beamed from one place to another, and the latter was a combination of the Evac suit helmet and her current dingy surroundings. She resisted the urge to pull the helmet off, and gave the room a quick scan with her eyes. Although it wasn't her cup of tea, she had to admit that it was a pretty classy ship. ~Well, if you like gaudy displays of wealth....... I'm sure it'd be right up Amara's alley~ No sooner had the nasty thought appeared in her mind, than she felt guilty for even thinking it. ~and now is *not* the time to get distracted~ Her attention was drawn to a seat near the viewport where someone was seated. Even from where she was, she could tell there was no sign of life. The 2O gestured toward the body. "Doctor, can you have a look please?" Kyah made her way awkwardly across to the Gorde'an. She was dreading this, her first real challenge as a Doctor. ~they'll know you're a fraud!~ The man was sitting upright, holding a long stemmed glass in one hand, staring straight ahead. It was almost as if he was in suspended animation. Kyah scanned him with the tricorder, a frown appearing on her face. For some reason it wouldn't scan properly. She turned to Stone. "Sir, I'm not able to get any readings at all. There's some sort of interference. I'm not sure if it’s within the ship, or if it’s the body doing it." She stepped across to where Stone was standing, and quickly ran the tricorder over him. It responded immediately. "Wow, you have quite an impressive immune system there. But that does answer my question. For some reason there's something about his body that won't allow it to be scanned. I know our orders were to just take a look, and then return, but I would really like to take him back to further investigate. It doesn't look like it was a natural death by any stretch of the imagination." (reply Stone? any?) Kyah returned to the body and carefully took a sample of the dregs of liquid that were still in the bottom of the glass. She did her best to keep her eyes averted from those of the deceased. There was something eerie about the man’s stare, almost as if there were still a person in there somewhere looking out at her. (reply any) (posted by Wendy) (SS Brightly Follows, Observation Room, Lieutenant jg Sanok, 1838) Sanok stood impassively as the others seemed to be in awe at the opulence of the surroundings in the observation lounge.  He could understand those with the means desiring the comfort and enjoyment of those means, but it was something he himself saw no need to pursue.  What did concern him, was the dead body sitting in one of the chairs. While Stone directed the new doctor to examine the body, Rejal decided to explore the bridge.  It wasn't a good idea to go alone, and Sanok was about to say so, but Korn, feeling the same, volunteered to go with him. "Gentlemen, I advise extreme caution," said Sanok.  "We are still facing an unknown situation.  Remember your training."  He knew he was overstating about remembering their training, but being cautious was logical, especially since Korn was new and Sanok didn't know how he would react or perform his duties under circumstances like this. After the response from Rejal and Korn, Sanok turned his attention to the doctor, who was scanning the body.  For some reason, her medical tricorder gave no readings. However, when she scanned Stone, it functioned normally. "I know our orders were to just take a look, and then return, but I would really like to take him back to further investigate," said Serranta.  "It doesn't look like it was a natural death, by any stretch of the imagination." "I do not recommend we do this," said Sanok.  "I know we have biofilters and containment fields, but there are still risks.  There is so much about what is in the universe that we do not know.  I recommend bringing the necessary equipment here.  If we do not have the time to stay, we should leave a quarantine buoy and inform Starfleet." Sanok did not expect Stone to act on his suggestion, but it was his duty as acting Chief of Security, to inform Stone of his concerns.  He just hoped they weren't about to step into something bad. (Reply Away Team) (Posted by Bob) (Private Yacht SS Brightly Follows - Observation Room - ACMO Serranta - 1839) "I do not recommend we do this," said Sanok.  "I know we have biofilters and containment fields, but there are still risks.  There is so much about what is in the universe that we do not know.  I recommend bringing the necessary equipment here.  If we do not have the time to stay, we should leave a quarantine buoy and inform Starfleet." Kyah paused in her work, and looked from Sanok to Stone. She was beginning to be confused about who was actually in charge of the away team. ~the last thing I want to do is cause an argument~ She addressed Sanok. "I understand your concerns Sir, but I'm not sure bringing any equipment over here would help. There would be a limited amount of testing I could do over here with portable machines, whereas on the ship I would have access to so much more information to cross reference. I'm also concerned about spending too much time on this yacht. The environment is not exactly stable. On the Mithrandir we would be in far better control. " She hesitated, wondering if she was coming across as a young upstart. She looked Stone in the eyes. "Sir, it's your call, but I really would like to have the opportunity to study the body more." (reply Stone, Any) (posted by Wendy) (SS Brightly Follows - Observation Room - Lieutenant jg Sanok - 1840) "Sir, it's your call," Serranta said to Stone, "but I really would like to have the opportunity to study the body more." Sanok could tell that Doctor Serranta was nervous.  He wasn't sure if it was because of their surroundings, or if she was concerned about stepping on anyone's toes on her first away mission.  He understood her desire to study the body, but Sanok felt there was simply no need.  It was illogical, when the Mithrandir was scheduled to be at SB 28. "I understand the doctor's position, sir," said Sanok to Stone.  "I am simply offering my view, as I am responsible for the security of this team.  It is clear something is amiss here.  I feel it is unwarranted to risk bringing something on board the Mithrandir, when it is something that can be done another time, by someone else." He stood and waited for the decision to be made. (Reply Away Team) (Posted by Bob) (Private Yacht SS Brightly Follows, Observation Room, aCEO Elith Rejal, 1841) "I hope you won't mind company? I don't think it's smart to split up since we don't know what happened here. So I hope it's alright if I'll come with you lieutenant?" "That's fine. We should stick together, anyway, there's no point in going alone." Elith replied. ~Two's always better than one, after all.~ Sanok then directed his attention at them. "Gentlemen, I advise extreme caution," said Sanok. "We are still facing an unknown situation. Remember your training." "Of course, Mr. Sanok. You won't have to worry about us." ~Or 'be concerned', as you would put it.~ He nodded to Korn, and began walking to the door leading to the bridge. As they approached the door, it opened as it usually would. "Hm, surprising at how much power is still running through the ship. It didn't look like the yacht was being powered from the outside." He said, mostly to himself. They walked into the bridge, after Elith peered inside first to check for any danger. The bridge itself was furnished much like the observation lounge, though understandably less so. It was rather small, around the size of a Defiant-class bridge. All of the consoles were dark, including the viewscreen. Slumped over in the captain's chair was another Gorde'an male, in the same state as the one in the lounge. However, this male didn't have a glass of wine nearby, throwing Elith's assumption of death by poison out the window. There were no other corpses in the room. "Hrm." Elith grunted to himself as he walked over to examine the body. "No puncture wounds, no phaser burns, no signs of a struggle." Elith said to Korn. "No blood either, at least none that I can see. It's like this man simply died in his seat, perhaps by something like a heart attack. But, his facial expression is neutral, which means he didn't see his death coming. Strange." (Reply Korn, room for more) "I'll check the consoles to see if they work." Elith said as he turned to a nearby console, and tried turning it on. It weakly displayed a message in Gorde'an for a second then shut back down. His tricoder told him that the message translated to "Main computer offline, system in stand-by." ~Well, what did I expect?~ He tried a few techniques to turn the main computer online, but to no avail. ~It must have been off for a while, this usually works otherwise. Then again, I can't always expect those tricks to work on non-Starfleet or Cardassian systems.~ Elith turned back to Korn. "The main computer's offline and I can't turn it back on from here, I'll have to do it from Engineering. We should inform the others of this, not to mention the body here." (Reply Korn, any on Away Team) (Posted by Matt Kirk) (Private Yacht SS Brightly Follows - Observation Room – a2O/OPS BJ Stone - 1842)   BJ watched as Amara made her way towards the Gorde'an. As his eyes lingered over the dead Gorde’an he wondered about the wine glass. ~Perhaps he knew he was about to die and just decided to spend his last moments with a nice drink and a great view?~   Lt. Rejal interrupted his thoughts as he spoke up. "The bridge is right next to this room, I'll head over there and check the ship's systems to see if we can access the logs or not."   Bj nodded his head and was about to suggest they use the buddy system and take Lt. Sanok with him when Ensign Korn beat him to the punch. "I hope you won't mind company? I don't think it's smart to split up since we don't know what happened here. So I hope it's alright if I'll come with you lieutenant?"   "That's fine. We should stick together, anyway, there's no point in going alone." Elith replied.   BJ was about to remind them to keep their eyes peeled when Sanok addressed both Rejal and Korn. "Gentlemen, I advise extreme caution. We are still facing an unknown situation. Remember your training."   BJ just grinned to himself. ~This Away Team practically runs itself~ BJ nodded his agreement of Sanok’s advice and gave them both a thumbs up gesture.   His attention was drawn back to Ensign Serranta as she turned from the body she was examining and said "Sir, I'm not able to get any readings at all. There's some sort of interference. I'm not sure if it’s within the ship, or if it’s the body doing it."   She stepped across to where Stone was standing, and quickly ran the tricorder over him. "I do not recommend we do this,” he said. “I know we have biofilters and containment fields, but there are still risks. There is so much about what is in the universe that we do not know. I recommend bringing the necessary equipment here. Sanok and Ensign Serranta both looked at BJ as if waiting for him to say something.   ~Ahh, it must be my turn to speak,~ he thought wryly to himself. “Lt. Sanok, why don’t you try your tricorder just to see if it’s some weird malfunction with the doctor’s equipment.”   BJ paused for a moment in thought. “We don’t really need to make a decision on transporting the body to the Mith yet,” BJ said slowly. “If Sanok’s Tricorder has the same problems then let’s continue our investigation of the yacht. Maybe we’ll discover an answer to this puzzle as we look around. Bottom line, the Mith was designed for planetary research and analysis. I will convey your concerns to the Captain prior to beaming the body to the Mith and,” BJ paused to look at Serranta, “We will use all precautions with containment and bio-fields but,” BJ continued as he looked back to Lt. Sanok, “my recommendation will be to bring the body back for further evaluation if we can’t examine it here. We really do need to ascertain the cause death. And if there’s something strange going on then we are probably better equipped than most to deal with any problems.”   (reply Kyah and/or Sanok) (posted by Mike Barrett) (Private Yacht SS Brightly Follows-Observation Room-ACSO John Korn-1843) "That's fine. "Gentlemen, I advise extreme caution," The Vulcan said and Korn nodded as Elith has already replied to the advice. After that they moved carefully to the bridge doors the corridors were barely lighted so they were mostly moving by instinct and scans. As the doors to the bridge opened Elith mumbled something to himself and proceeded to the bridge John followed.  The bridge was something like the observation room all 'rich' looking. It was small, the consoles weren't working. Well it wasn't such a big surprise what did they expect? The captain's chair was furnished....with a dead body. Elith moved to the dead body followed by John. "No puncture wounds, no phaser burns, no signs of a struggle. No blood either, at least none that I can see. "Maybe it was a Virus or something. Or he just knew he will die so he took it normally like everyone dies one day or something like that." "I'll check the consoles to see if they work." The Cardassian said as he made his way to the closest console. It seemed he didn't have much luck trying to activate it. ~How long is he gonna try doing this?~ "The main computer's offline and I can't turn it back on from here, I'll have to do it from Engineering. We should inform the others of this, not to mention the body here." "Got it." Korn tapped his combadge to say what they found. "Ensign Korn to the away team. We have found another dead body. Rejal thinks he didn't expect his death. Nor was it a violent death but we need a medic eye on it. We also gonna proceed to the engineering to try to activate the computer." As he ended his message he turned to Elith. "Well then let's go." (Reply away team,Elith, any) (Posted by Edgar Alik) (Private Yacht SS Brightly Follows - Observation Room ACMO Serranta - 1844) The longer Kyah spent on the ship, the worse she began to feel. How could she tell them the real reason she wanted to take the body back to the Mithrandir was because she was becoming more and more claustrophobic. ~it's this suit, I feel like I can't breathe in it, which is silly because I can!~ Ever since her sister had shut her in a small cupboard as a child, Kyah had difficulty with being in small spaces. The helmet added to that discomfort. Knowing she *couldn't* remove it, just made the urge to take it off even stronger. ~I can't request to be beamed back to the ship, they'd think something was up with me and I can't have anyone asking any questions~ She tried taking smaller breaths and concentrating on what the others were saying. “.....my recommendation will be to bring the body back for further evaluation if we can’t examine it here. We really do need to ascertain the cause death. And if there’s something strange going on then we are probably better equipped than most to deal with any problems.” Stone was telling Sanok. =^=Ensign Korn to the away team. "I'll go take a look, but I'm thinking we'll find a similar situation to this victim. " She paused in the door way, looking back at the two men. "I can continue my examination down here if you'd like to carry on up to the rest of the ship. Doesn't look like these guys are going anywhere." (Private Yacht SS Brightly Follows - Observation Room – a2O/OPS BJ Stone – 1845)    BJ’s combadge crackled as Ensign Korn reported in from the Bridge of SS Brightly Follows.   =^=Ensign Korn to the away team. She said, and then paused in the door way, looking back at the two men.   "I can continue my examination down here if you'd like to carry on up to the rest of the ship. Doesn't look like these guys are going anywhere."   “No,” BJ replied to Amara’s question while he looked at Lt. Sanok. “We’ll maintain a buddy system. I’m not about to leave anyone alone right now – this yacht is not secure. Lt. Sanok, I’d like you to accompany Rejal and Korn as they head down to check the computer. I’ll stay here with Serranta while she checks the second body. I’ll also report in on our status and ask the Mith to do an intensive scan of this ship. I want this ship scanned down to its last nut, bolt, and rivet.”   ~The bad thing about an EVAC suit was it made it hard to scratch one’s head~ BJ thought to himself. “Whatta ya think Sanok, am I missing anything?” Sanok had been here and done this many a time. And he was BJs clear number two on this mission. BJ trusted that Sanok would catch and prevent him from making any rookie mistakes – and there was a lot of comfort in having that kind of experience available.   (Reply Lt. Sanok)   BJ paused for a moment as he rapidly weighed his options. “Sanok,” he said, looking him in the eye, “I want you three to search every inch of this ship. Maybe I’m jumping at shadows but…” BJ left the rest of his thoughts unsaid.   (reply Amara, Sanok, any on the Brightly Follows) (Posted by Mike Barrett) (Private Yacht SS Brightly Follows - Bridge ACMO Serranta - 1846) Kyah made her way over to the Captains chair where another body sat. She could feel a thin trickle of sweat running down her neck, and struggled to concentrate on the job at hand. The Gorde'an sat in a similar position to their previous one, although this one didn't have a glass. Taking a quick look nearby incase the glass, or anything else had been dropped, Kyah found nothing. She returned her gaze to the man, avoiding the vacant stare in his eyes, and checking him visually for any sign of injury. ~nothing~ A quick scan with her tricorder revealed the same interference she had encountered earlier. There was definitely something odd about the whole thing, and she wasn't sure it was limited to just the bodies. (reply any?) (posted by Wendy) (SS Brightly Follows - Observation Room Lieutenant jg Sanok - 1847) Stone said, “Lieutenant Sanok, why don’t you try your tricorder, just to see if it’s some weird malfunction with the doctor’s equipment.” Before Sanok could scan the body, Stone said that he would recommend taking the body back to the Mithrandir if the cause of death could not be determined here.  Sanok did not show any outward reaction to this, but it was not unexpected that Stone would feel that way.  Humans just couldn't resist a mystery, no matter how illogical it was to try to solve it.  He remembered a Human proverb about a curious feline's death and hoped that wouldn't be the case on this away mission. Sanok moved to the body sitting in the chair and activated his tricorder, while a comm from Korn told Stone that another body had been discovered on the bridge.  Sanok had expected there would be more bodies found, but he did not expect there would be only two.  He thought there would have been more people on a vessel such as this.  Then again, there was still a second deck to explore. Sanok moved the tricorder around the body, but no reading appeared.  The scanning device was functioning, there was just no result showing.  Turning it on himself, his readings displayed normally. As much as it was possible for a Vulcan to frown, Sanok was doing so.  He turned off the tricorder and returned to Stone. The doctor had gone to the bridge to examine the second body.  Rejal and Korn were going to check the computer on the yacht.  Maintaining a buddy system, Sanok was to go with Rejal and Korn. "Whaddya think, Sanok?" said Stone, concern in his voice. "Am I missing anything?” Sanok thought for a moment before responding.  "My tricorder is functioning, but it showed no readings for the body, just as the Doctor's tricorder showed nothing.  I still feel we should not take the body to the Mithrandir, but I see nothing in error with how you are handing things thus far." “Sanok, I want you three to search every inch of this ship," said Stone.  "Maybe I’m jumping at shadows but..." Strange circumstances we find ourselves in. I wonder what we'll find down in the bowels of the ship.~ He looked at a nearby door, one that led to a staircase leading down; the turbolift would surely be out, not to mention that the ship was only three decks deep. Korn turned his attention to Elith, "Well then let's go." Elith turned back at Korn, "Hm, yes. The stairs are this way, I don't believe the turbolift would be working." He said as he pointed to the aforementioned door. As they almost reached it, he heard the lounge door open behind them. Turning around, he saw Sanok walk onto the bridge. "Ah, Mr. Sanok. Will you be joining us?" Elith asked, whilst thinking, ~With how mysterious this yacht is, I can understand Stone wanting more muscle with us for the bowels of the ship. We should be fine on our own, though, but I'm not going to bring it up.~ (Reply Sanok, any on away team) (Posted by Matt Kirk)
