General Notes |
: |
When you first meet Christian, he seems optimistic, lucky, and out going if slightly unrealistic at times, and he does come across to others as honest, direct and enthusiastic. Sometimes his frankness is a touch too upfront for more thin-skinned companions. In general other people are naturally drawn to his bouncy personality. He always looks for the silver linings and blessings in even the trickiest of situations. Those who get to know him, however, see that he is a communicative, detached, strongly independent personality with a witty, inventive mind, and a quirky outlook on life. Safety in numbers is often his motto since he is wary of too much intimacy. Large groups of people around make him much more relaxed than claustrophobic twosomes. His airy, chatty approach to life at times can make him appear emotionally cool or detached, but he prefers it that way. Close relationships do try his patience so he needs an independent mate who gives him space. He will keep his own friends even after he has committed himself to a long term relationship. Domesticity is not your ideal, since you loathe drudgery and are not inherently practical. Basically a hippie at heart, he cares little what others think and blithely walks his own path. He is a born radical, pioneer or rebel. Despite a really stubborn streak he is often seen as amazingly tolerant since he's humanitarian at heart and exceptionally good with friends. He has a real sense of the great brotherhood of mankind and wants to make a better society in which independence and freedom are the keynotes. On the other hand, he can also be sociable, tactful, a good communicator, diplomatic and keen to maintain harmony at all costs. Balance is what really nurtures him in all things, though sometimes he can swing to extremes in the effort to find it. Having a close partner is vital to his well-being. He prefers well-mannered people, elegant occasions and loathes the great unwashed in life. Extravagances and indulgences make him glow so he needs to find a partner who can support you materially. His appetite veers towards rich, sweet or fattening food though he always likes to look trim. At times he may try to accommodate others' needs or be agreeable to the extent that he appears not to have strong opinions of his own. He is a little too sensitive to other's opinions of him and needs to stand steady when pushed too far. |

Admiral Bell threw her arms around the Ensign, "You don't have to be scared anymore, you don't have to be guilty anymore, you are not responsible for what that madman did to you.", she said to her quietly and for a moment longer, releasing her from the embrace. "It's going to take time, its going to be a toll... I will be right here, and I am not going anywhere."
