History, Education and Skills
Family and Background :

Perses and her mother were sold into slavery when she was only seven. Her mother was kept as a house slave. She was trained to be a dancer and to become a courtesan when she was old enough.

She was trained to become a dancer and educated in the ways of a courtesan as well as a basic education.

Pre-Starfleet History

:

Her mother was killed by an over zealous associate of their master for not. Perses was devastated when she was told about what had happened but she was away on a three week trip and there was no way for her to get back with out her masters permission so she plotted her revenge. Upon returning home from a trip to the home world she slipped into his room on the pretence of keeping him happy and then killed him by slitting his throat as she told him why he was to die. She then escaped and went on the run.

Starfleet History

:

Perses had been captured and was being transported back to Orion territory for her master death when the transport that she was on was caught in an ion storm. The hull was breached and the ship was badly damaged. The crew abandoned ship leaving the slaves trapped in the hold. Five days passed until their weak distress signal was picked up by the USS Invincible that was on a long range patrol. The crew were horrified to find the half starved and dying slaves with in the barely surviving hull. They quickly transported all the slaves back the Invincible where they could get proper care. The Captain of the Invincible after discussions with Starfleet agreed that the slaves could seek asylum and sanctuary in the Federation if they wanted to. All the slaves agreed to this as they had nothing for them in the Orion territories then pain and suffering but their new home was months away as the Invincible still had a long patrol to complete. During her recuperation she spent along time in sickbay and go to know the medical team well. She was able to get a sickbay secondment while she was on board. She had decided to join Starfleet to try and repay the debt that she owed them in saving her life. Two month secondment in USS Invincebles Sickbay Accepted to Starfleet medical to be training as a fleet nurse Transferred to the USS Invincible as a newly qualified nurse for two years Assigned to Starbace 425 for three years Transferred to USS Cerberus for two years Assigned to the USS Spectre as a chief nurse

Awarded The Order of Unity: Awarded by Starfleet Command to all participants of the civil war conflict. This medal recognizes both bravery and exemplory service in the fight to regain democracy and freedom for all.
