The person known as William Frost Alexander was born due to an accident that placed a copy of a then Ensign SG Will Alexander's memories, personality, and brain pattern (taken from a transporter glitch in 2406) in the body of a brain dead Ensign JG Will Frost. From 2386.04.26 the body was that of Will Frost who was the oldest of four kids, and born in Enid, Oklahoma. An athletic kid, Will Frost trained in martial arts and wrestled in high school. Will Frost was both an amateur and professional Mixed Martial Arts Fighter. His muscle memory and physique still remain, yet his body currently has the mind of someone who does not have the training or knowledge to uses the skill set and memories that his body has learned. The memories and personality that make up the combined entity belong to that of Will Alexander, made when a copy of his brain patterns, of which where stored in the Spectre's transporter banks after a mission in 2406 where merged with the pattern of a brain dead Will Frost. It is unknown if the memories of Will Frost will ever return or if the original Will Frost is gone forever. Has decided to go by the name Bill to distinguish himself from the orginal Will Alexander. New legal name Married to a Bajoran woman by the name of Mara Ranee in 2416. Has one daughter born 2417.10.31. named Maria. Has put more focus on his family life then career.

The Memories and experiences of Will Alexander provide the new Will with the knowledge of one who graduated from the University of Oklahoma with degrees in Interplanetary Business and General Business Management as well as a minor in Aviation.

Starfleet History

While a merged entity, Will retains the Starfleet History of the Original Will Alexander up to the Transporter accident rather than Will Frost, as it is the Alexander personality that is dominant and in control. Starfleet Academy 2402-2406-While at the academy his specialized in ship piloting systems, transporters and general operations. USS Cochrane Late 2406-Arrived on board the Cochrane as an Ensign JG before the Cochrane the day before she was decommisioned USS Mystique 2406.11.05-Arrived on board the Mystique as a member of the Spectre crew, which at that time was temporarily stationed on board. 2406.11.06-Promoted to Ensign Senior grade and moved over to the Spectre USS Spectre 2406.11.06-Arrives on board as Ensign Senior Grade as the Chief Conn and Operations officer. 2406.11.11-Promoted to third officer for his work piloting through an asteroid field during a training exercise 2406.11.13-Attempts to return his mind to his body after his body was swapped with that of Commander Steve Furrows. His mind returns to his body but a duplicate pattern is created by the transporter and stored in the system until that of 2414.11.01 which it is merged with the body of Will Frost. 2414.11.08-The original Will Alexander, a Captain and JAG Officer on Geneva signs official document granting William Frost Alexander the legal name of William Frost Alexander, as well as the rights of a federation citizen, Starfleet Officer, credit for the service and education received prior to the transporter accident as well as full and legal standing as a brand new life and entity. 2414.11.16 Transferred to the USS Kyoto for a change of scenery as Ops officer. 2415.06.18 Promoted to Lt. JG 2417.05.13 Promoted to Lt. SG and OPS chief on USS Kyoto

Relatively healthy. Has had many bruises, cuts, and sprains as a fighter.

Skills

He has a good understanding of business and interplanetary relations, trade and so on thanks to his degrees in those fields. He is also very skilled in the fields in which he trained at starfleet academy, especially piloting and transporter systems. Has the muscle memory of a trained Mixed Martial Arts Fighter who specializes in ancient earth styles such as Judo, Tae Kwando, and Muay Thai. Does not currently know these martial arts, but is trying to get the mind to learn what the body knows.
