Returned to active service, gaining further promotion to GSerg and SMaj. Retired from active service. A computer error at the time resulted in Leola being listed as deceased.

CO/FO EYES ONLY HIGHLY CLASSIFIED SMaj. Bracken was approached by Fleet Intel to form part of a highly specialised Counter Intelligence Anti-Insurgency Cell. It was felt by Fleet Intel that this had to mean leaving the family, under the assumption of a fatal accident. Brackens actions and those of her unit remain omega classified. The unit was retired 2407, with Bracken offered the choice of an Academy posting or a Return To Unit, Choosing the latter she was posted to the USS Dennison as XO of the Marine detachment. END OF CLASSIFIED. Bracken was recalled to active service 2407, with the feeling that her experience and skill would benefit the corps at this time.

Admiral Bell threw her arms around the Ensign, "You don't have to be scared anymore, you don't have to be guilty anymore, you are not responsible for what that madman did to you.", she said to her quietly and for a moment longer, releasing her from the embrace. "It's going to take time, its going to be a toll... I will be right here, and I am not going anywhere."
