A’Nara is very capable of defending herself in battle. After being to the Klingon homeworld and learning battle skills, she fairly strong, though could still use some improvement on her technique. She is petit, and has shoulder length brown hair. Since she is only ½ Klingon, her cranial ridges are not as prominent.
History, Education and Skills
Family and Background :

A'Nara was adopted at a very young age and never knew her real birth parents. The only parents she knew were the human ones which raised her. Still married, she had a good homelife, but was often confused about her Klingon side. Since no one in her family was Klingon, she took it upon herself to travel after she got out of school so she could learn the Klingon ways of life. After having taken a couple years to do so, she returned home.

Education

Attending regular school, she waited a few years before deciding to join Starfleet. A'Nara spent 4 years in the Academy in the line of engineering. Though she would have been suited for tactical, she was more intrigued with fixing engines and repair work.

Pre-Starfleet History

 :

A'Nara was never quite sure what she wanted to do with her life. One day as she was taking a walk she spotted several people in Starfleet uniforms, all of whom looked to be surveying her planet. After talking with a few of them, she saw what work went into the different areas to which they represented. Engineering piqued her interest the most, so she decided to try and go to Starfleet to see if she could use some of her skills there, as she was always fixing something back home and didn't have any other plans for her future.

Very sure of her Klingon abilities, A’Nara is a practiced Klingon when it comes to martial arts and the history of Kahless, though is still learning about her history. She is very efficient with the tools of engineering capabilites and is good at defending herself.
Other Information
Hobbies :

Hobbies include going to the holodeck to practice martial arts & staying in her quarters to read and write her family back home. She also likes to keep to herself at times with most of her hobbies, as her holodeck programs usually don’t intice others. A’Nara also likes to rip into items and put them back together again, just so see if they’ll work. As a child she used to do that, though now her main focus is on trying to maintain ship’s main functions.
