Nate comes from a midwestern family farm in Riverside Iowa. Nathan is the youngest of two childeren. He was married to his sweetheart Samantha, they had two childeren, Floyd and Tabitha. His children now have families of their own and he is divorced.

Pre-Starfleet History

After Primary School in Riverside Iowa, Nate attended the University of Iowa for a BS in Biology and his Paramedic Certification.

Starfleet History

After his initial Starfleet schooling, he attended the Rapid Response Field Medic School, and was quickly assigned to the USS Rutledge shortly before the war with the "Cardies". Fuller has been assigned to numerous other vessels, space stations and planets, including a few years inoculating first year cadets at Starfleet Academy. Recently assigned to the USS Champlain, he participated in the capture of the USS Wyvern, and the push for sector 001. The command became aware of a romantic relationship that Nate had with one of his subordinate med techs. Star Fleet again offered him a promotion, but in an attempt to separate the two. He declined the promotion and was administratively reassigned to the USS Rosenante.

Medical History

A few broken bones from child hood. He has a shoulder that he dislocated many times (he was on the Rugby Team at Star Fleet, it still sometimes gives him troubles. He wears reading glasses because of his trouble seeing fine print and his allergy to Retinox.

Skills

Nate has a BS in Biology, Paramedic Certification, Star Fleet Rapid Response Field Medic School in addition to the standard Medical Technician Course, and his substantial on the job experience, he is quite possibly the most experienced medic in Star Fleet. He has turned down promotion thrice. He has a wealth of knowledge in medicine but cannot give out medications unless given an order by a physician or expressed in Standard Operating Proceedure, for instance in a poisoning he may give a broad spectrum antivenom, but could not give one specific to any poison. He has been given training in use of all starfleet issue phasers types I through III, from his Rapid Response training, he is a decent shot. He only uses them for defence. He plays rugby occationally in leagues. He is an amazing shot with old terran firearms. He makes a mean simulation for medical emergency training.
