Family and Background :

Father is a wealthy vinyard owner. Mother was a Starfleet counselor. Raised in a loving and affectionate family. Has a brother and sister, still involved in the family business. Sister is getting ready to apply for Starfleet Academy.

Education

 :

Regular schooling on DS9, then higher education at the equivalent of Princeton on Earth, majoring in xenoarcheology/xenobiology and interspecies linguaistics, Starfleet Academy

Pre-Starfleet History

 :

Helped run family business and persued interests in archeology and biology. Got involved with a vulcan diplomats daughter T'Skyr and changed over to xenobiology/xenoarcheology in tribute to her when she died in a flood at the vinyard.

Starfleet History

 :

Has graduated Strafleet Academy and is Science Officer abord the USS Champlain.

Medical History

 :

Had his right knee replaced when he was 16 due to an accident in the vineyard. The pain killers he took aged his skin a little so he looks older than he actully is. No known medical problems otherwise.

Skills

 :

Very good at puzzles of all kinds and enjoys a challenge of putting together pieces of pottery, broken tablets, decipering written parchments and pictograms.

Other Information
Hobbies :

Enjoys 3 dimensional chess. Plays the vulcan harp. Also does crossword puzzles and mazes. Also has a fasanation with old black and white horror movies from old earth like Night of the living dead. Also collects antique rapiers and is very much into fencing.

Hopes to enlighten all species since he feels we are often so alike in some basic ways and hopes to increase interspecies understanding.
