(USS Hillary - Flight Deck - CEO - Lieutenant Jg Tegian Pex - 0826)

Vic shrugged his shoulders, "Sorry Lieutenant, what makes you think the
Commander is incapacitated?  He seemed fine when he left here a few minutes
ago.  I'm tracking the rover's signal at the moment, so I can keep an eye
on him," the pilot replied.

Turning his chair, he looked at the sensors, "I copy what Lieutenant Bohb
is seeing.  I'll get ahold of the Pasteur and let 'em know," Vic added.
"Anything else Lieutenant?"

Tegian chuckled.  "Fair point, Mr. Montero.  How about instead of
incapacitated, making questionable choices?  I'm concerned that he's not in
his right mind at this time.  He was singing as he drove the Rover away.
That's out of character for him and he snapped at Ensign Khatri for showing
concern for his rash.  Again, out of character.  Please let Commander
Solice know of his condition when you radio the Pasteur."
