ILLUMINARRPG: (4 - 2048, 2052) CMO/3XO Commander Quinna Solice

(USS Illuminar - Deck 2 - COps Office -CEO Lieutenant Tegian Pex - 2048)



“No, you are coming with me now.”  Quinna insisted.

She stood and showed Pex the door.  Quinna made sure that Pex was always in
her view at all times.


"Of course, ma'am," said Tegian.

(USS Illuminar -- Sickbay --  Deck 5 -- CEO Lieutenant Tegian Pex -- 2052)

The two entered sickbay and Quinna pointed to the left.  “OK Mr. Pex, I
want you to hop on the biobed and strip off your shirt.  I will be with you
in a second.”

"Of course, Doctor, Commander." He stopped, with his shirt part way off.
"Ma'am? Do you prefer Doctor or Commander?"

“Hey Klinger, can you help Lt. Pex remove his shirt and clean the blood for
me?  I will be there in a second with my kit.”

“Yes Ma’am, I am on it.”  Quinna moved to the storage and grabbed a wound
kit.  She took a deep breath as the smell of the blood nauseated her.

When she went back to the biobed, she noticed that Klinger had gauze and
was holding pressure on the wound.  “It is still bleeding,”  Klinger said.

“Thank you,”  Quinna said and took over for Klinger.  Quinna turned her
attention to Pex.  “So you said that you are not sure how you were
injured.”

"No ma'am. And I suspect there's a wound on my back as well as it feels wet
back there."

The bleeding had stopped and Quinna was able to get a scan of the wound.
“What were you doing today that could have caused this?  Sometimes when you
are busy, you may not notice things.  Were you in the blast zone, while the
explosion happened?”  As she was talking to Pex, she was using a subdermal
regenerator to heal the tissue under the skin.

"I was in my office and there wasn't any damage. But, since the explosion,
I have been moving debris and my uniform did have a few tears in it. I was
also EV, but if I'd experienced a breach, I would have definitely noticed
that. I didn't think anything of the uniform tears until my shower when
there was some blood in the water. But, the blood stopped, so I figured it
was nothing serious, otherwise I would have come here before visiting the
Commander's office."

Using the dermal regenerator, Quinna concluded by healing the skin.  She
then patted his back.  “I am done here,”  She said.

"Thank you, Doctor."

“I suggest you take it easy.”  Quinna suggested.


Tegian chuckled. "I will do my best. Day one of my new responsibilities and
part of the ship blows up. And we're not done with the repairs. I've been
trying to lead by example."
