ILLUMINARRPG: (5-0933)- CO, Captain Sekal and Lieutenant Galk

 (Qo'nos -- Diplomatic Quarters-- CO, Captain Sekal and Lieutenant Galk of
the Imperial House - 0933)

The Captain was listening intently to Lieutenant Trei.

"As Galk said I can take a seat in counsel as head of the house of Mogh.  I
intend to do that eventually..  I will appoint my father to serve in that
capacity as regent when I am not on Qo'Nos.  My father will inform me of
house business by subspace.  He will refer to me for the decision when
needed.  I will continue to serve on the Illuminar away from Qo'Nos.  This
shouldn't be too much to handle sir."

Both his eyebrows rose then quickly settled back in an unconscious gesture
denoting his surprise, the Illuminar it appeared was destined to become a
nerve center of Klingon House activity. That would present logistical
problems for the two crew members who planned on serving, not for the ship
unless communications were damaged but the lag might have broad
repercussions in the case of quickly unfolding events. Illogical though it
might be having both serving aboard with allegiance to the Federation was
certain to have beneficial effects on future relations and be a windfall of
news about internal Klingon policy if they wished to share what was
happening. While everything that occurred on his ship was technically
within his purview this was most decidedly not as it potentially involved
sensitive internal policy and political maneuvering within the that body
which was a decidedly diplomatic matter.

"Understood. This will necessitate having dedicated, private, coded or
scrambled frequencies made available. I will speak with Commander Gregory
about this."

The carrier wave crested behind them then dimished and he turned to see
that Commander Solice had beamed down personally to see to the matter of
the injured Klingon

 “Sir, we have arrived."

"Perhaps we should convene to the conference room and out of the hallway."
Sekal noted and turned to the door which opened before him.

Galk followed, giving a rumbling growl and a nod to the doctor. The lower
left side of his face and facial hair were thinly caked with blood below a
shallow cut and his right hand was now holding pressure on his left forearm
as he attempted to staunch the flow of purple blood that was trickling off
his fingers.

"Commander." He then followed Sekal through the doorway.

Riven Mias popped up when he saw Galk enter, the Klingon looked a fright.

"By the goddess. You look like you have been run through a hand grinder
Lieutenant."

Setan retained his seat but made no move other than to acknowledge their
entrance though the sight of the bloody bat'leth drew his attention.

After the door had closed Galk gritted his teeth and offered the injured
limb to Doctor Solice.
