Mission: Prelude

Day: 2

Stardate: 2446.03.24


(USS Illuminar - Deck 1 - Bridge - CSec/Tac - Lt. Commander T’Mur - 1300)


T’Mur watched as the Ready Room door opened and Vermyx walked out.  He stepped directly over to her.  He pulled of something from his hip and handed it to her.


“I’m to present my weapon for approval,” was all he said.


T’Mur raised an eyebrow, “Indeed?” she replied taking the weapon from him and examining it briefly.  She had not seen it before he intered the Ready Room as it appeared to be hidden by the outlandish uniform he wore.  It was an odd looking weapon that had three different barrels.  She was curious what the purpose of the three barrels were, and she was going to find out.


Meanwhile, she had taken the time peruse Vermyx’s file.  It was… colorful.  She looked at Vermyx, back at the weapon, and then back at Vermyx.


“I will secure your weapon for you, Mr. Vermyx,” she finally said.  “I have been looking at your file and considering your… history, I believe that we are all best served that you only have access to the weapon if you need it.  And I do mean need it.”


She focused very hard, assuming what was to come next would require her full attention in order to comprehend it.
