(USS Illuminar - Deck 5 - Sickbay - 2/O&CMDR Dieter Gregory - 1215)

“I am actually noting some interior swelling.  Commander Gregory, have 
you been doing some extraneous activities lately?”  Agnes said "Well, if 
you consider walking around the ship, inspecting the work my operations 
teams are doing extraneous, then yes. Otherwise, I have not resumed my 
fitness routine yet, so no running or anything like that," he paused, 
"Well there was one thing I haven't done in a while, but that didn't 
feel strenuous," he added. “This is just a mild anti-inflammatory. Lay 
back.” she said Gregory laid back on the biobed, "Of course," he said as 
she administered the hypospray. Aggie stated to lift his leg and pushed 
it towards his chest. “Now, to get that leg stretched, Funny this leg 
did not seem as heavy last night.  Are you fighting me here?” she said. 
"Not at all, doctor," he replied, "It feels a bit stiff. I'm used to 
dealing with sprains and strains as a runner, so this feels almost 
good." “Just tell me when it starts to hurt so bad you what to hit 
something. Preferable not me.” "Don't worry doctor, we Gregory's are 
made of sterner stuff," he said as she continued to stretch the leg. "So 
about lunch, I was thinking something more quite than the officers
