Jopek nodded at the man, “Of course. I understand. Apologies if my queries have reached beyond your scope of experience. The truth is that I barely know my daughter and am ascertaining as much information as I can about her and her choice of a life mate. It is an unusual situation. On Vulcan same gender matings is rare and I am working on understanding T’Mur as much as I can.”


With a sigh he added, “I also have news for her and am uncertain how she will react. More information will give me a higher probability of predicting her response.”
