"If you would, tell me about this Commander Sienna Verin.  Is she a good 
officer?  Is she a good person?" Jopek asked the man.

Devers sat back and thought a few minutes.  "Please understand that I do 
not really interact with the senior staff on the Illuminar.  I've never 
been called in front of the first officer for any reason.  Usually when 
a crewman is called to see the first officer, it involves some 
disciplinary action.  The Illuminar is well run, and there are few 
issues that are not dealt with at the department head level.    What I 
do know is that she is one of the youngest commanders in the fleet, 
which speaks to how Star Fleet views her skills and abilities.  The crew 
hold her in high regard," he said.

"I have, from time to time, stood watch on the bridge while she was on 
duty.  From that time I believe that she is a competent officer from 
that perspective, and has led the ship in times of crisis, such as when 
the Captain had been attacked by a traitor," he continued.

"I am sorry I cannot be of more help with regards to the Commander, I'm 
just a security officer who keeps his head down and does his job to the 
best I can," Devers finished.
