ILLUMINARRPG: (1-1800, 1810)- SecO, CPO Steven Hammons

Mission: Prelude

(USS Illuminar - Deck 3 - Family Quarters - SecO, CPO Steven Hammons - 1800)

The invitation had been quite clear but there had been some light packing
and preparations to take care of first. Steven looked at the three bags of
baggage, they weren't heavy, especially Leeza's since her small wardrobe
for three days on Earth didn't weigh much and she hadn't accumulated many
toys or dolls yet but she was hard-headed and one day he figured  her stuff
would be mighty heavy.

"All right, packing is done." He stuck his head in the little girl's room.
"Ready to go?"

(Reply: Leeza)

"Time to be out and about." He chuckled and ducked out then went to check
on Alaya.

"Uh... dear I don't think you need to take your arsenal with you, this is a
prestigious estate." He dodged the pillow as he laughed. "Bags are all
packed and Leeza is ready to go. Head 'em up, move 'em out."

(Earth - Shadow Pines- Hamptons  - SecO, CPO Steven Hammons - 1810)

After the whine of the transporter disappeared Steven looked around and
gave a low whistle. "Wow! Look at this huge estate."

The mansion, it certainly couldn't be called a house was massive, imposing
and looked to be the very epitome of hoity toity. Steven like the two
females was in his best but he felt underdressed. "Maybe I should have
replicated a tux and top hat."

Steven hefted the three small bags, he didn't know how long the invitation
had been for but if they were disinvited tomorrow he had a backup plan for
shore leave.

"Hey squirt, I think I have an available spot on my shoulder or you can
walk with Alaya, your choice."

(Reply: Leeza)

The tall pines from which the estate took its name straddled both sides of
the road which led to the gate, he didn't know how long the drive was that
led to this place and was thankful they had been dropped directly in front
of the manor

"Hup to it. Hopefully they won't direct us to the back and the servant's
entrance." His smile showed that he was joking as he led the way to the
front door set above a wide, stone stair.

He noted their arrival had been noticed and a butler from the looks of him
had stepped outside to greet them.
