She saw Tegan enter Primanti's and take a seat at her table.  He asked what the protocol was at the restaurant.  She relayed what is common to do.
"I ordered at the counter but you might as well call a server over to place your order.  It typically takes about 15 minutes for the order to be served.  I recommend the Pittsburgher.  It is the most popular sandwich.  It is basically a Philly Cheesesteak  but with coleslaw and French Fries packed in.  It is really good.  I chose roast beef and turkey because I like both of them.  I have iced tea here but you can order a beer if you want.  The atmosphere was different than she expected.  She expected an old school bar and grill setting.  What she experienced was a space age version of that with a monitor displaying the menu.  There was Heinz Ketchup at the table albeit a futuristic version of that.  She sipped her iced tea and waited for the others to arrive.
