ILLUMINARRPG: (1 - 1020, 1300) ACEO Ensign Tegian Pex

(USS Illuminar -- Deck 11 - Main Engineering - 1020, ACEO Ensign Tegian Pex)

Tegian was seated at one of the workstations, reviewing the data from the
warp drive of their trip from Vulcan and making notes on his PADD when he
saw a notification of a message from Lieutenant Trei.  He hadn't heard from
her since he'd tried to help her prepare for Rite a while back.  Wondering
what prompted a message now, he opened the message and saw the invite to
join her for lunch at a restaurant in some place on Earth called
Pittsburg.  That first led him to locate Pittsburg, and then to look up the
menu for the restaurant.  He shrugged and looked around Main Engineering.
It was mostly deserted.  A couple of others were doing some minor items,
but they all had downtime at the moment.

He put in a message to Lieutenant Bohb that he was visiting Earth for the
afternoon via shuttle and where he expected to be and then went to his
quarters and got changed into clothes that didn't scream Starfleet.  He
kept his comm badge in the pocket of his pants, just in case.  Also, not
knowing Earth, he slipped one of his telescoping epee's into his pocket.
When fully extended, he could whack someone pretty solidly or leave some
solid bruises with the tip.  He hadn't had time to electrify it, but that
was on his list.

Tegian hadn't been quite certain how to get to Pittsburg.  He'd done some
reading about procedures, but already two of the shuttles were missing and
he didn't feel right taking any of the others.  Plus, he wasn't entirely
sure where to land one.  So, he went to the transporter room and told them
his destination.  Too dangerous to be beamed to a street corner or the
restaurant, but apparently each city had a place where you could be
transported.  From there, Tegian had to walk about fifteen blocks.

He arrived at the restaurant beyond the scheduled time, but not too late.
He looked around and saw the Lieutenant at a table and sat down across from
her.  "Hello Lieutenant.  Thanks for the invitation.  So, what's the
protocol?  Do they take your order here or do you have to go to the counter
and order?  And do you have a recommendation?"
