(USS Illuminar - Deck 1 - Bridge - COPs/3rdO Lieutenant Dieter Gregory - 
1330)

Gregory had cut the connection with the Controller as the Captain 
ordered.  It was a game of chicken and Gregory didn't think that the 
Vulcan would blink first.

Looking at his board, he noticed an increase in high energy particles 
and heard T'Mur announce she was trying to compensate with the shields. 
In the meanwhile, the Klingon security officer,  Galk sprung into 
action.  As Gregory turned around to tell the Captain something, he saw 
the Klingon launch himself at the Captain, and both disappeared, as did 
T'Mur.

Spinning back to his panel, he started working his controls, "Commander 
Verin, searching for the Captain's signature. However there is an 
increase in the ionization in the D  and E layers of the ionosphere that 
is scattering our scanners.  It will also effect our ability to 
transport to the surface."

Gregory tapped his comm badge, "Chief Lee, we need a tactical officer to 
the bridge asap.  T'Mur and the Captain have been taken, and we have 
incoming," he called as he moved to Tactical while Davis slid into 
operations.

"Ma'am, we still have incoming, they have not broken off.  Their shields 
are up, am not detecting energy weapons."
