"I had not heard that?  And what, pray tell, is your prescribed 
treatment for rikertitus? I mean, that is no small problem, and I am 
almost certain would require several treatments.  Would it be hard?" 
Diane asked.

"Rikertitus is a chronic condition.  One can live with it, but it 
without regular treatment, it can lead to mental defects, a loss of 
focus, difficulty sitting down and more," Reolra replied.  "With regular 
treatments, it is manageable. Interestingly it tends to affect males of 
a species more than females."

Sam placed another tray of oysters down and  retreated from the table.

Reolra took another oyster, "And yes Diane, it is hard.  Very, very 
hard.  That was a penetrating observation of the condition.  You should 
help yourself, these are quite delicious."

She paused, "You do have some medical experience in this area, don't you?"
