(USS Illuminar – The Prancing Pony- CSO Lieutenant (jg) Jaton Alyl – 2033)



Gregory was started when he felt a hand on his shoulder.  “Dieter, good to
see you,” Jaton said.  “And who’s this?”



“This is Reolra Dosar,” Gregory said.  “She is one of folks who run this
place.”



“Reolra, meet Lieutenant Jaton Alyl, he’s Chief Science Officer.”



Reolra smiled, and extended her hand, “A pleasure to meet you, Lieutenant,”
she said.  “I don’t recall you seeing you in the lounge before. I hope you
find everything to your pleasure.  If not, let Sam know. He’ll take care of
you.”



"Nice to meet you, Reolra. No, I'm not a regular customer here."



As if on cue, Sam came walking over to the table.  He slid an ice plate
onto the table.  There were a dozen oysters on the ½ shell, several
different sauces.  In between the oysters were cooked shrimp.  “Here ya go,
guaranteed to rev up the old libido,” Sam said with a wink at Gregory. “



He then placed a bottle and two glasses between them. “Modvaarian tonic,
perfect to clense the palette.”



“Thanks Sam,” Gregory said.



“That looks delightful Dieter,” Reolra said as she took one of the oysters,
and added some of the mignonette sauce to it.  With practiced skill, she
let the oyster slide into her mouth.



“Enjoy your dinner Jaton, unless there is some business we need to discuss?”



"I didn't have anything in particular to talk about business-wise. I was
just curious who your friend was. If you want to be left alone, I'll be on
my way. But I'll see you later." Jaton then leaned in to kiss Gregory's
forehead before he left.
