Any non Vulcan  interested in sampling the planets ancient culture. Headed for ShirKahr’s outskirts area. Penny had chosen to go there just to get sample , of not only the cuisine. But many of the fine arts produced. Long before Sarak ’s influence changed Vulcans behaviour.

Some of the colours in the paintings really took her breath away. It was while she was looking around one such gallery. Penny noticed two humans examining a painting. The thing that drew her to them were their accents. They both had Scottish accents like her.

“ I’m telling yer that’s a T’Sar if ever I saw one.” The man said.

“ Nay. That’s a Septa with no doubt “ The women said

Penny had seen her before. But she was not sure were.

“ Excuse me? I could nay hear ya speaking. Are ye from Scotland like myself? “ she asked.

“ Why that we are lassie. John and Sarah More.” The man said. “ Pleased to meet ya “

Penny took a step back. Her face had gone very pale as she looked at them.

“ Your his parents......” She said backing away.

“ Lassie are ye Ken?” Sarah More asked

“ Ay Aunty I yer neice Penny McTaggard...” she said.

Sarah More tilted her head and smiled.

“ Wee Penny! I not see yer since you was a bairn in arms!” Sarah said giving Penny a hug.

They found a cafe and sat chatting for a while. Penny told her all about her family. Sarah smiled as she listened. Then Penny’s mood changed.

“ I saw him ya know.” She said

“ Stan. You kind of said.John replied “ How is he?”

“ He seemed ok.” Penny responded.

“ My mother kind of took over his up bringing. When his marriage got cancelled. We kind of lost touch.” Sarah explained 

“ Well. He’s also in Starfleet. He was on the USS Exeter but that might of changed. There’s been some odd rumours.” Penny said

“ Thanks. We would like to see our son again.” Sarah said
