ILLUMINARNRPG: New Instructor

Hello all,

Kris Bailey has stepped up her game and has also offered to be the
instructor/mentor for new players coming to the ship for which I am
grateful.

Star Trek Freedom had an academy before the reboot but it was not carried
over due to the initial stages of the game being a carryover of veterans.
The new players coming in since November 2019 have been mentored by those
veteran players.

With a renewed media push underway and the game venturing out into other
venues it is possible we may see an uptick in applications but I'm not
going to undervalue our new players who have recently joined being Renee
and Bogdana who we are delighted to have here.

Kris has taken over the mentoring duties and from here on out I will be
sending new players to her directly for instruction.

Should we see a large increase in applications I anticipate that the
subject of restarting the Academy will come up and Illuminar has a head
start on the foundation. As for me, while I enjoy helping out I do spend a
lot of time overseeing the game and networking behind the scenes so our new
setup is extremely beneficial to me.
