With the Captain being looked after and Weston still asleep, Lee felt that there wasn’t much to do other than wait.  His combadge sounded with

“Medical emergency in the science lab.  Lt Lee, I’ll need you here too.”

The attacker!  Thought Lee.  He immediately left sickbay giving instructions on his combadge.  Last he recall Alpha 2 was patrolling that area of the ship

“Alpha 2.  Get to the Science Lab immediately.  We have an emergency situation.  Weapons on heavy stun.”

Lee ran to the nearest turbo lift.  By the time he arrived on deck 6, the corridor was guarded at either end by armed security officers and standing outside the Science lab, the four members of Alpha 2 had gathered.  “Go! Go!” ordered Lee as he ran up with a phaser in his hand.

Inside, Alpha 2 stood in a wide spread aiming their phasers at SO Patrick McGow and CSO Lieutenant (jg) Jaton Alyl.  Lee momentarily looked confused as he starred at the two startled officers and then saw the pool of blood.  “Secure the room.” Said Lee.  He lowered his phaser “Do you mind telling me what’s the emergency here?”
