ILLUMINARNRPG: Departed Player

This is just to let you know that Norman Stong (Penny McTaggard on
Illuminar) has been removed from the game by Exeter CO Will Banowsky with
input from his command staff, myself and Anthony Keen. Norman is currently
appealing the ruling but I have already removed him from the Illuminar
mailers and he will not be returning here.

Whether he returns to the Exeter is up to Will and his command team.

His dismissal from the Illuminar was not personal. In RL I like Norman and
have talked with him frequently however this was a step that needed to be
taken.
