Mission: Death in the Shadows

Day: 1

Stardate: 2446.02.01

(Argelius System- USS Illuminar -  Transporter Room 2- CO- Captain 
Sekal- 1843)

Keung Lee had spent the past hour on a unannounced  walkabout throughout 
the ship to check on his Security officers who were on deck patrols.  
Even though the Illuminar stationed at Starbase 23, it was no excuse for 
his deck patrols to be slacking.  He reprimanded a couple of officers 
who weren’t particular attention to anything as well as engaging in 
conversations with others.  All the cadets were shadowing experienced 
SOs on deck patrol with the focus on getting to know the ‘nooks and 
crannies’ of the ship.  Lee received a message from the Security 
Operations Centre  that there was some sort of medical emergency at 
transporter room 2.  He made his way there to find Devers and Hammons 
who was on response duty already there.  They were attending to a 
civilian dressed in blue and gold clothes.  Lee wondered who he was.

“report?” He asked his security officers as they left the transporter room.
