(USS Exeter –Corridor – COO, LT Janice Hammerfield – 0839)



“Nothing concreate yet Sir. It could be something as simple as a faulty sensor relay or it might be a flutter on the tractor emitter assembly. I guess the worst would be a problem with the whole tractor emitter itself which would mean a little walk outside.”



"Lets hope its not something you’ll need to strip it all out,” she looked at the PADD a little close and put her hand on it tilting it out of the light so she could see better.



“Do you have any suggestion sir?”



"Well no one has mentioned to me in the department about anything odd going on with the power systems, but your readings clear show a problem. At a glance I would look for something between the reporting systems to OP’s and the tractor emitter that has power flow. Of course both of the other things you mentioned could also cause it.”



Janice stopped and tapped her combadge, “Hammerfield to Utra,”

“Can you run a level two diagnostic on the power level logging and reporting systems and report any anomalies to myself and Ensign Vozi please.”

The channel closed and Janice looked back to Vozi, “You never know – he might find something useful in there,”

“Sounds like you are gonna have fun day,” she tapped his shoulder, “If im free and if there is anything I can help with let me know – If not im sure Ulta or someone else in ops can give you a hand. I don’t like mysterious power fluctuations.”
