“If you could tell people to do less work it would make my life easier – I
swear the amount of power some people want to draw from the ship we might
need to magic up a few extra reactors,” she joked giving a smile then gave
a nod to the small stack of PADDs resting on the side of her desk, “Its
been business as usual mostly. Honestly most people don’t come down here
unless they are after something – anything we can sort out for you- or do I
pop a couple cups of tea from the replicator?”

"No business on my end. Things might be busy for you with all the scans and
experiments, but while mundane, this is just the right kind of boring. So I
want them to do less work, but I'd rather them  keep you busy than give me
fires I have to put out." Trip said with a laugh. "Sorry, is that too
selfish?"

"I was just in the neighborhood, so I thought I'd just say hello. No
ulterior motive." Trip smiled a soft smile. "Ok, I lied, mainly, I just
wanted to see how you were, making sure you were ok."

"How's the work/life balance? Are you able to get your work done while
still haning out with friends? You've got friends right?"
