Mission: Space was cool before it mattered

(USS Exeter - Deck 7- Sick Bay- SOPS/3O Cmdr Tyrek Na’Rel-0940)



Tyrek strolled into medical on a mission to find Dr. Kruze. The monotony
was starting to get to Tyrek. These down times on a starfleet ship were
nothing compared to a Romulan Republic vessel. On a Romulan ship there were
drills around the clock referred to as conflict readiness and response
drills .

He walked back Kruzes office as a member of his staff was leaving, Tyrek
stepped to the side allowing them to pass.
Tyrek walked in and quickly took a seat and let out an exhausting sounding
breath.

" I am looking for every excuse to not be on the bridge. It's overrun with
blue uniforms, no offense. " Tyrek said, pointing at Heinrich's uniform.

" All this nebula research we are doing could be easily done with a network
of class four probes, but anyway, that's not why I'm here." Tyrek mentioned.
" We haven't celebrated my full transition into starfleet or our
promotions. " Tyrek mentioned

Tyrek rubbed his own chin and smiled , leaning forward with one arm on
Kruze's desk.


" There is this succulent temptress named Selma working at the Starlight
lounge. " Tyrek lowered his voice.

" She makes Trixie Bell look like a ferengi beauty queen and Rumor is she
has a thing for Doctor's and according to a very credible source she has
mentioned you a few times. "

Tyrek laughed and put his hands up.

" I'm not gonna tell you what to do, but it wouldn't hurt to get out and
have some fun. Especially after all the work you've been putting in. "
