(USS Exeter - Sickbay –Nurse – Ewan McDonald- 1221)

 

“When did this start?”

 

Ewan turned to see Kruze crossing sickbay at the double.

 

“Just now. He began getting burns on his hands and they spread. I havegiven him a hefty dose of painkillers to knock him out.” 

 

“Good thing they’re under quarantine. We need to check in with the others.If LaGrande is ill the others will be getting ill too.”

 

“Yes Doctor. I will ping the computer to get their position and get securityto being them in.”

 

“Thank you, Ewan. I’m stumped here. Do you have any idea what might begoing on?”

 

He shook his head.

 

“It looks like radiation burns but this should have happened hours agonot after this amount of time. It just does not make sense.”

“Doctor, do you think we should treat Mr LaGrandewith heavy duty anti-radiation medication? Its spreading fast but I don’t know ifwe are too late?”
