Mission: Space was cool before it mattered

Day: 1

Stardate: 2446.04.25

(USS Exeter –Holodeck 1, Team Two - ACTO, Lt. JG Troy McCoy - 1530)

As the holographic intruders entered into the Holographic representation of
main engineering, Troy did his best to work fast. He had enough cover fire
from Sytuk and Arbor that he didn't feel like he was under too much strain,
but he definitely felt like things were a bit toastier than he would like.
Still his plan seemed to be working.

~Alright I have a lock, I have a lock, on all but one, still....no...no
time, I'll get what I can.~ With quick nimble hand movements Troy activated
the transporter function and was able to place all but 1 one of the
invaders into the transporter buffer for delivery to the brig. But that one
left was enough. The attacker, focusing his energy on Troy fired. Troy
didn't have time to react, he had been to busy making sure the transport
was done that by the time he moved, the beam grazed him in the side. It
stung, but did not damage, it was a simulation after all, but a red light
flashed on his phaser. It was a kill shot. He would have to sit the rest of
the simulation out.

(Reply Sytuk or Arbor on taking out the remaining assailant)

"Well guys, looks like I have to bow out. We saved main engineering, but
I'm dead. Oh well. Feel free to do whatever you want with the bad guys in
the transporter buffer."
