It was a bittersweet moment for Camilla as she sat reading the script for
the first episode of season 2 of Star Trek Exeter. It would be her last
episode. She was leaving the series at the end of this episode. That was
the bittersweet thing about it. But it was something she needed to do. The
young actress was going back home to care for her parents. Her dad had
gotten sick, and she wanted to take some time off to be close to his
parents and help her mother out at home. It would be an odd transition,
going from acting and modeling to moving back home to Tampa, Florida to be
with her parents, but they were the most important part of her world. Her
relationship with her parents was the most important thing to her. She
almost lost them when she was six. She was being babysat by her
grandparents while her parents were on a date. As they were driving home
they were hit by a drunk driver and were in critical condition. They both
pulled through and ever since then, she never took them for granted. She
was going to do whatever it took to be present for her parents during this
trying time.

As for work, she didn't know what she was gonna do, but she would think of
something. She had saved enough money from the shows she had done as well
as from modelling, enough to help out for a year. Though there were some
nibblers for a couple guest spots on shows here or there if she needed it,
though nothing that would take her away from for that long. Her family was
her life. Her parent's needed her, here little brother was finishing
college at the University of South Florida and shouldn't have to shoulder
the burden alone. So the 23 year old actress was gonna press pause on her
young career and be there for the most important thing in her life, her
family and parents.

As she finished the script, she began to cry. She was being replaced, but
in an odd way. An accident was gonna deage Ronnie back to the age of four
and her memories were going to be altered so that she didn't remember the
original timeline. It was a beautiful end for her time as the character, as
Ronnie was going to get her greatest wish. It just meant here time as
Ronnie was going to come to an end. Still, the last year was fun, and it
was a character she enjoyed playing.

As she wiped the rears from her eyes, she smiled and took out her phone.
"Hey mom, its me Cammy, talked to the landlord, the penalty for breaking
the lease isn't too high. Anyways, yeah, I booked my ticket home. I'll see
you in ten days. Give dad my best, I love you both so very much and I can't
wait to just be with you guys for awhile."
