(Risa– Suraya Bay, beach, Dogg Lt(jg) Layla Williams - 0901)



“I’VE INVENTED SAAAAAAAAANNNNNNDDD!” Layla barked excitedly as she dashed
out of the cabin followed by mommy. ~MY NEW FAVOURITE THING!~ she ran round
barking, even the black thing that chased her round seemed as excited about
things, she certainly could catch it this morning, it was fast.

She leaned down and started to sniff her new invention, the sand went
straight up her nose and made her nose tickle and hurt. She sneezed. “BAD
SAND!” she barked at it, and ran off again, seeing a new person she thought
she’d introduce herself.

“AAArgh!” the person on the beach screamed in surprise. “Beat it dog.”

~what? Wassup lady, you can sniff…~

“LAYLA!” mommy’s voice screamed from a short way off.

~oops. Gotta go.~ she ran off back to mommy’s side.

“Layla, calm down.” mommy scratched her ears.

~kinda need to go to be honest…~ Layla thought and ran off again, then her
morning ablutions, this time on the beach.

“Seriously dog?”

Layla ran off again...this time seeing a great big wavy bath.

‘WOBBLY BAAAAAAAATHHHHH! MY NEW FAVOURITE THING!” She barked at the waves,
the bath was big, warm, but smelt funny and the water kinda made her itchy.

She leant down and smelt the bath.  The water made her sneeze, hurting her
nose. She growled at the water, and barked at the wave.

~haha success! It’s running away!” she barked at the waves, telling them off

~aye up, they’re coming back.~ she ran off again, but turned round and
barked, scaring the waves to running away again.

“Ease up Layla” Mommy said. “Scared it did you?”

~Might want to split to be honest, man in the grey shorts with the grey
ball looks cross about something.~

She wagged her tail, and mommy scratched behind her ears. “Silly dog. We
love you.”

A bit calmer, Layla ran a little bit, stretching her legs, but stayed near
mommy, who had that same dippy happy expression on her face.

~stupid humans~ she barked to herself, still annoyed by the wobbly bath
water up her nose. Sneezing gently, she ran up the beach.
