(USS Exeter- CTO's office- CTO/3O  Lieutenant commander Ravok- 1228)

Ravok sat in his chair as he looked at the things in office , pictures of
friends and fellow crew members. He spoke

 " Computer send a message to Captain Williams. Translate my voice into
text format.

[[ Begin recording message]]

" Captain, forgive my interruption. I am contacting you to let you know of
an excursion. Tomorrow at 0700 the klingon Vur'tak, commanded by my mother
will arrive in orbit to transport Commander Merek, Lieutenant Williams, my
daughter and myself to Donatu V. I have been invited to compete in the
bat'leth competition while having the honor of representing the house
Kal'Beroth, my step mothers house. Lieutenant Willaims is to be my
Tawi'Yan, my sword bearer in the competition. All of this is of course
contingent upon your approval. The completion is slated to begin at 1200
hours and shouldn't last more than 18 hours."

Ravok pressed the button on his desk to end the recording and sent the
message to Trip.

He stood up from his chair and left the office to head back to his quarters
to pack and also prepare for tonight with Keira.
