(USS Exeter – Deck 9 study room - FO Cmdr Ailynn Bracken - 1031)



Ailynn was pretty much in hogs heaven.



She’d grumbled about having to attend the conference at Risa at first, but
then as she’d glanced over the course material, she’d found herself
fascinated by it. That had been a couple of weeks ago, and she’d found
herself sliding back into what she loved doing almost more than anything
else. Reading, learning new things, picking apart threads of research.

“Bracken.” She answered the call.



=/\=Sis, since we're here for a few days I wondered if you would like to
spend some time together Gabe and Ailynn not Dr and FO.=/\=



Ailynn found herself smiling, the thought of spending some time with Gabe,
actually just doing something together, and doing something, rather than
their relationship just being as FO and CMO, was a nice one.



“Sure, that will be lovely. I have a few hours where I’m stuck elsewhere,
but it would be lovely to hook up and do something.”
