Lying up on the bed, Erin took a breath as she saw Ensign More walking
towards her. She knew from her own feelings about Nesha that the man would
be carrying some guilt with regards to what happened.



As he approached, he held out some flowers. Erin smiled softly as he spoke,



“ These are for you.” He said.



“Thankyou. They’re beautiful.” she replied as she took them from him and
inhaled the scent. Putting them on the table next to her, she looked back
at More and said, “Take a seat, Ensign.”

“I called you here because there’s something we need to talk about.”

“Ensign, sorry, may i call you Stan?”

“Stan, after what happened on the holodeck… I need you to listen to me when
i say this.”

“I don’t blame you. What happened was not your fault and should not be on
your conscience. It was all her. I don’t blame you nor do i harbour any ill
will to you for me being here or what happened to me.”
