(USS Exeter – Nine and Dine – Ensign Janice Hammerfield– 1203)

" There was a lot of commotion last night. I have heard only scattered fractions of information about what transpired, but I heard your name. Are you alright Ensign Hammerfield?"


Janice looked up slowly from her soup sluggish from lack of sleep, “Mister T’kel! Im sorry I meant to come by the sick bay. I never got the chance.” She stood up and move her head to the side to get a look at him, “I... I’ve been better.”


T'kel smirked ever so slightly, so slight it was barely noticeable.

" I am...pleased that you are alive. May I sit down?"


“Please do,” Janice sat back down in her seat as well, “How are you? You had taken a rather nasty hit there?”

“I’m glad they patched you up so efficiently,” she nodded to him, “Thank you for your help in the science lab. Things would have been a lot different if you weren’t there.”
