"Rounds have been done for me, Silvine has topped up my coffee, I've as
pile of PADDs I don't want to read, an absolute ton of death certificates
and autopsies to coordinate, potential chest infection and an very
irregular sleep pattern, but please darling, distract me; even for five
mins." Gabe smiled softly and sighed.

"Are you sure that you should be up and about. I'm sure a second day of
rest won't kill you."

"I'm fine really, grouchy but fine." He stood and took Ronnie's hand

"Well stop being a grouch silly."

"I'm absolutely convinced that somewhere inside you is the grouch switch
and if you could just figure out how to turn it off from time to time you'd
be unstoppable."

Ronnie gave him a warm hug and then sat down on his desk, her feet
dangling. "So, I guess we missed a lot of action yesterday. Not sure if
that's a good thing or a bad thing."
