(USS Exeter – Emergency Transporter Room 2 – CTO/30 Lieutenant Sg. Ravok –
0100)

Ravok entered the transporters room with his phaser rifle armed and ready
to go. He stood on the pad.

“I’ve adjusted the console to only accept my manual input. This precludes
any nasty viruses or booby traps in the software and I’ve done a full
mechanical sweep of the transporter pads and found nothing that shouldn’t
be there.” Keira reported. “This transport is completely manual, I won’t
beam you into anything, but to avoid anyone merging with the ground some of
you might be one to five centimeters above the ground. Take that into
consideration when you materialize.”

Ravok simply nodded his head and closed his eyes, calming himself and
focusing on his breathing.

“Positions please, transport in two minutes.” Keira announced.

He heard the footsteps of the others walk onto the pad .He opened his eyes
and looked past everyone. All he could see was Keira. Locking eyes with her
he smiled.

yuuhhai " {SD ROM: Everything will be fine.} He said to her.


“Arhem docgae, duhaen h'ta fvau i arhva,” {ND Rom: I know, just hurry back
to me.} she answered.

The Romulan woman steeled herself. “Energizing.” She announced as her left
hand guided the slider controls up and the away team dematerialized off the
transporter pad.

As he felt the transport sequence start he gripped his rifle tight.

Emerging on the other side of the beam he looked and saw Ire standing over
a body. His attention quickly diverted to Ensign More kneeling next to
Erin. Ravok held his rifle ready to fire as he examined the scene around
him. He quickly made his way to Ire as others rushed towards Erin.

" Ire ?" Ravok said to him his voice displaying his fear.

( reply Ire )

Ravok lowered his rifle and grabbed Ire by the arm. " Come on man. It's ok
,you're  safe now"

( reply Ire)

" Arbor! " Ravok yelled out. " Check the others " He ordered.

( reply Arbor)
