Mission: Murder on the Exeter Express


Day: 3

Stardate: 2445.12.o3

 

(USS Exeter – Corsica's Quarters – Conus Lt(jg) Victoria Corsica – 0018)




The day had been long, and the time had gotten away from Victoria. Yawning the door to her quarters opened as Corsica was about to step though the newly opened doorway when her combadge chipped.




 =/\= Bracken to Corsica. Report Immediately to the area outside Holodeck 3. Serious continuing situation may need your expertise. =/\=




She pressed her badge, "Understood, en-route." She replied turning her back on the conforts of her quarters and made quick time to the nearest turbolift. It didn't take an emapth to know something was dreadfully wrong.  

(USS Exeter – Deck 9, Enroute to Holodeck 3– Conus Lt(jg) Victoria Corsica – 0025)
The door to the turbolift slid open with a slight hiss. The change was immediate, almost as if she stepped into a diffrent ship. The sounds and noises of what should be one of the most active decks on the Exeter was irly quite. Things were starting to add up, something was horribly wrong, and she hoped against the tightening feeling in her chest that she was wrong. 
She rounded the corner to the hall where the holosuites were located, and all at once it hit her. Sorrow, hate, anger, loss, sadness, desperation it drove he to her knees. As the dark emotions overwhelmed her mental barriers. Tears welled in her eyes has Corsica found her footing and sprinted the rest of the way to the door of holosuite 3, understanding that what her crewmates were suffering was a test of life and death.

"Seems our friend has thought of everything. Is Corsica here yet?"




"I'm here sir," she call answering the captain's question. "What dobyou need of me?"
