"While we wait and see how well Mr. Sleeford does, why don't I address the
three of you remaining that have yet to play my little game." Maxine smiled.



"First we have young, shy Lana. Had you stayed at the academy, you'd be
quite fine and dandy. Such a beauty, you'd have to keep all the boys and
girls who wanted to play away. Instead little miss intern is here, are you
ready to die miss intern?"



Lana regarded Maxine with pity, a look of the same on her face, mixed with
fear, and something else, something that she had no real right feeling.

“No, but I’m interested in how you think this will play out. I’ll take
truth.” Her voice cracked, through the emotions she was displaying.
