As Ire felt the transporter beam release him music began to play.

He tried to move butfound that he was in a stasis field which was holding him tight.

"You wereclose, oh so close. But I figure if I am going down, I'm going to take some of youwith me. "Some of you are here, because you couldn't leave well enoughalone. Some of you are here because you are the Tactical chief's secret eyesand ears. Right, Nesha?"

Ire looked at the womansitting on her thrown.

He looked over at the others as he worked out whowas with him.

~Empress! Home universe where is she from~

“…Truth keeps youalive. But if you survive a death trap, I'll move you closer to me. If you canreach me, I'll let you kill me. How does that sound."

~Why is she wanting to play this sadistic game withus. This is crazy~

"Now then,lets begin, by showing how serious I am. Goodbye David. Hope you had a goodlife."

He heard Cortez cry out as he clenched his yaw tightfocusing his anger and pain as he watched David die beside him. 

~Do not give her the satisfaction. She wants to be entertained~

"Now that youknow I'm not playing around. Let's begin in earnest. Ire Williams, Truth ordeath?"

~I am going to ripyour f£$%*&^g heart out~

He took a calmingbreath and nodded to himself as he stared at her.

~Calm yourself, geta grip. Ire or more people will die~

“Death.”
