(USS Exeter – Sickbay - Tac/Sec Ens.(Sg) Stan More - 23:46 )
Stan had made a mistake. In his rush to get backup he had used the wrong alert code. But then again had he? If T’Kel was in danger. Better to have everyone alert and safe. Rather then no alert and innocent people being hurt. Now he had to explain this. The problem was he was not good at that.
He knew that Ravok would no doubt be using his name as a swear word. He did not even wish to entertain what Commander Trip would be saying. But in time he hoped they would understand.
“What’s going on here? Why the code yellow? As there is obviously not a violent person here, not yet. I will ask once, what is going on?” Dural spoke his voice raised for the first time since taking the job here on the Exeter.
How do you speak to someone diplomatically? The last time Stan had tried. It cost him the ACTO spot , a good telling off from the Captain and therapy. He gave a deep breath and silently counting to ten before speaking. Luckily Wakeman had been speaking with the angry Methor.
“ Were you able to complete that task I asked you to do?” He asked Wakeman.

“ I am very sorry Doctor. It is my belief that Ensign T’Kel could be in extreme danger here in sickbay. I understand my calling the wee yellow alert code was extreme. But sir we are dealing with people. Who will happily hurt innocent bystanders to get to their target. I am just trying to protect yer patients sir. I did not mean to alarm ye.” He explained.
