(USS Exeter - Science Labs –  CTO/3O  Lieutenant Ravok- 2315)

"At this point I am declaring myself, commander Bracken, and Ensign
Hammerfield imperative to this investigation. I'm not trusting anyone to
run any test that I don't see conducted with my own eyes. If I have to
hover over their shoulders then verify the data I will.  Call me paranoid
if you want, but that's how its going to be." Trip said.

" Understood Sir." Ravok replied and looked at the other security officer
around the room and nodded to them to leave at once.

"I also want you to seal off the residential areas, no one in or out.
Everyone who is currently on those decks are to remain in their quarters or
head there immediately. All recreation facilities are to be closed. We know
we have three suspects, so two are at large and they are dangerous. If
anyone wants to stay loiter around they better have a damn good reason."


" I'll get right on it Sir." Ravok said, stepping toward a wall panel to
send out the commands to the security department.

He heard a voice behind him.

“ Captain before I escort T'kel  to sickbay  may I have a wee word with yer
sir? ” Stan asked Trip, who was in the middle of a conversation with
Commander Bracken.

Ravok turned around quickly

" Ensign More, Now isn't the time. You have your orders." Ravok said rather
sternly. He knew Trip was at his witts end and being interrupted once more
would probably be bad. So in essence he was sparing Ensign More of a
potentially self demoralizing situation.

As Ensign More and Nurse McDonald escorted Ensign T'Kel out of the lab.

Ravok turned back around to the wall terminal and entered the security
measures set forth by the captain.

Sending a ship wide alert to all on board of the new security protocols
that were now in effect until further notice

The alert read - "Effective immediately all civilian and crew residential
areas are on a mandatory lockdown. No one is permitted in or out until
further notice. Emergency services will continue to serve the welfare and
protection of the inhabitants of this ship. If you are in those areas you
are to remain in quarters or if you are outside of your quarters you are to
report to quarters immediately. All on duty personnel are to remain at
their current assigned post until shift relief arrives at their regularly
scheduled times. All personnel reporting to on duty status or going off
duty will report to designated escort zones listed in the ships emergency
lockdown directory, security will escort personnel.

 Furthermore all are closed by order of the captain.  Sorry for any and all
inconveniences. Thank you for your compliance.

Ravok stepped away from the terminal and watched as forensics entered the
room.
