Mission: Murder on the Exeter Express

(USS Exeter - Science Labs –  Tac/Sec Ens.(Sg) Stan More - 23:13)

Stan had agreed to meet his friend Sleeford later. But warned he may be a little late. More doubted he would sleep anyway. But he did not mention to his friend about the clue. In fact he even kept that quiet from Ravok as well. Stan bagged and tagged the broken device. Then just as he was about to continue his scan. His comm. badge chirped.

Ever since he was a small boy. Stan had an amazing ability to listen to a few things at once. It was put down to his photographic memory. Today that ability made it possible to not only take the call. But listen to what was being said in the room.

Should he go?

No.

But it sounded urgent. What if his friends had found a vital clue? What if they were the killers.....no Paul was not a killer no way......but what if he was in danger? What if they all were?

Yes.

But he felt that vital information to Nix’s murder. Was here and needed to be found.Plus he needed to speak with T’Kal. So.....

“ I’m sorry Cortez I am in the middle of an investigation it’s very important I stay here. So I can’t meet you.” He replied.

Once the link was cut though. He sent a couple of security guards to the observation lounge. With orders to keep out of the way. But at the first sign of his friends being in danger. Help them.

Stan continued to listen and was slightly taken aback by the Captains orders. He hoped the new lockdown did not include him. But based on what Trip and Ravok had just said. Stan cleared his throat.


Ravok looked at nurse McDonald. 
" Get him to sickbay now. Ensign More is going to escort you " He said motioning toward Stan to escort them safely.

“ Captain before I escort K’Tal to sickbay  may I have a wee word with yer sir? ” Stan asked
