Cheese and pickle sandwiches. The ideal compliment to a good run up Ben Lomond. Plus of course a refreshing flask of tea. Brewed to the exact recipe of his Grandmothers family. The noble clan of the McTaggards. Minus of course the ‘ wee ‘ special ingredient ‘ a  good bracing dash of whisky. More did not drink alcohol. Especially as technically he was still on duty. This run was just for training purposes. Once at the bottom he was to be attacked. By some a angry hill folk.

But work first , fun later. After calling for an arch and speaking with Arbor. He called Cade.

"Sure, you're more than welcome to come by and I'll give you what notes I have, but I don't have much. Lieutenant Ravok didn't put me on the investigation. I've mainly been handling the daily admin work so that you and the Lieutenant would be free to investigate."

“ So yer nay have anything really.” Stan said disappointed.

"I may have somethings that have come across my desk, but I don't know how much I have. But I can see if the Lieutenant is available and we can all sit down together if you want?"

“ To be honest I was hoping to do this between us. The Lieutenant has enough on his plate. We seem to be hitting plenty of dead ends. No pun intended. I was hoping my next conversation with him. Could be more hopeful.” He said

“ Whoever these people are. I have to admit their good. Zot is one of the best computer techs in the fleet. They were able to sneak past him into our computer core.” Stan said

“ No he’s from an honourable race. Their is no way he is capable of murder. But someone else is and at the moment. There is more chance of snow on Vulcan. Then of us catching them. Anyway I have taken up enough of yer time.” Stan said

Once getting rid of the arch. He carried on with his delicious sandwich and tea.
