Mission: Murder on the Exeter Express
Day: 2
Stardate: 2445.12.02
(USS Exeter – Science Labs – SPC Sec/tac Ensign Sg T'kel – 2237)
"Oh you charmer you,” Hammerfield said in a teasing manner “I think im
just a bit tired and being a bit overly paranoid right now. As always that
was very logical of you to do so.” Tiltng her head back to the monitors on
the wall showing the sensor sweeps, “Sorry to bother you with that. I guess
all we have to do now is sit and wait to see if the sensors pop anything up
and then continue with our plan in the morning if nothing happens,”
He glared at the sensor sweeps.
" I am unable to be bothered. Being bothered would imply that I am annoyed"
He said and looked at her.
" I will return to my hiding place. "
( reply hammerfield.)
He entered the geology lab and started to climb back into his hiding place
when he heard a noise. He looked around and saw nothing. He looked across
the way and saw Ensign Hammerfiled sitting there. She reminded him of a
childhood friend on Vulcan. He was snapped out of the memory of his old
friend when he again heard another noise. He unholstered his phaser and
proceeded carefully towards Hammerfield. Something didn't seem right.
" Ensign Hamm.." He said, his words cut short by a surprise hit to the
back of his head and neck. He fell to the ground and his phaser went
sliding across the floor.
( reply Hammerfield)
" Good evening Ensign." A man in a ops uniform said as he held up a small
flickering device.
" Don't even try it. There's no use this is a comm scrambler a nifty
little piece of technology recovered from the late commander." The man said
with a grin as he stepped over T'Kels body and towards her.
( reply Hammerfield)
