(Earth- Home of Trip and Ashlyn Williams- CO, Captain Trip Williams-1822)

Trip was walking around in shorts and a hoodie. The hoodie was a standard
Starfleet Academy Atheltics hoodie, it was comfortable, very worn, and
perfect for the rather warm weather for a later January evening. There was
plenty of outdoor lighting for those that wanted to hang out outside and
the dining room was set with enough places. Trip had a beer in one hand and
was on his way to check on the smoker. As he walked towards the door he ran
into Ensign Fuller.

"Ensign Matthew Fuller reporting as requested sir. Thank you for the
invitation".

"At ease bud." Trip said as he noticed that Fuller was in full dress
uniform. "And welcome to my humble abode."

"Thank you sir, I'll do my best to fit in and get to know others better".

"Of that I am sure. But relax, this is an informal gathering, just hanging
out. No need to be so stiff or formal."

"If you want, you can use one of the replicators to get some clothes that
are a bit more comfortable. You can use the guest room to change. Or you
can stay in your dress uniform. You do you man. Tonight, no ranks."
